          that look jude gives him doesn’t go unnoticed, but lulu does really weird stuff. in fact, all cats do very strange things with no real explanation that they could both come up with. like licking the bathtub after someone showers, because that’s apparently what lulu wants to do. in most cases, they have a habit of closing the door, but...

    He has a cat? Say no more, she’s definitely interested. Although, slightly worried about how he’s been feeding himself if an edible dish means certain doom and death. Alright, it’s now her obligation to make the best Valentine’s dinner there is possible. “Do you like pasta? I’ll make us something to eat and we can learn about each other that way!” she chirps brightly, “Don’t worry, cooking is hard. You won’t burst into flames helping me cook garlic will you?”

          ❛ I love pasta, ❜ julius answers curtly. it makes a perfect compliment to tomato sauce and its many varieties. ah, but she’s such a nice girl, so far he’s glad he turned in that ridiculous thing. it was well received and he’s even getting a meal out of it... and he’ll be paying for whatever she needs if she’s going to be working hard to make dinner for the two of them. ❛ Sounds like a plan, do you need anything from the store? She didn’t belong here, no matter what, and what good was a former Maxwell who failed to save her world? She was just as useless as her sister always said. Without a purpose, without a place, and without a use… what point was there in living? She may not agree with his views on fractures, but… they were true for her. After all, hadn’t everyone already proven again and again how much better this world was, because she completed her mission? She really was… “nothing more than a path gone wrong.”

At this point in his life, he’s basically an open book. “I don’t think there’s much to know about me. Besides, anything major to know is something you’re already aware of, I’m sure.” On the flip side, though… It’s good to know that eggplant deal worked. Though he’s got the spine to mess with his brother as far as he can take it, he isn’t really going to make eggplant parmesan. Julius would snuff out that thing before he could even bring one near the apartment complex, anyway. “I’m only kidding. It’s going to be chicken parm.” Extra marinara.

He returns a smile…while contemplating what to make for dinner that Julius will absolutely abhor to serve as punishment for his secrecy. “Eggplant parm is good, right?”

If he committed criminal activities in Rieze Maxia, it would hardly be her responsibility–though Ludger was swift to come to his big brother’s defense in this matter, and, from what she’d seen of the man, doubted he was capable of what they accused him of. Destroying whole worlds, sure, murdering millions of defenseless fractures, absolutely, but doing any of that in the “real” world, where his actions had consequences beyond the destruction of a time factor? Highly doubtful. “Hmph, what’s it matter to you, anyway? Are you wondering if I’m alone so you can feel free to kill me? Don’t bother. Not like any of them care what happens to me. I’m as safe as I am with them as I am alone.”

          he scoffs loudly, almost like she’s insulting him. he’s taking no real offense, although she does bring up a lot of points about some of his unsavory habits of jumping the gun when the time calls for it. all of his bad habits aside, julius mean no real harm for now. ❛ Then don’t ask what I’m doing here, ❜ julius retorts in somewhat of a exhausted tone. ❛ No, I have no reason to kill you just yet. ❜ those people ludger associates with are none of his business nor does he care about any of them that tag along with him. they’re just people with faces and names and that’s about all they amount to. whether the real milla or the fractured milla exists in the prime dimension is of no consequence to him... he does have wo wonder which of the two is easier to deal with, though... ❛ Aren’t you being overdramatic? I’m sure they care enough to take you along, you were only with them for a long time.
