This is the 'idea' that I am using to KEEP motivation.
So far this morning...
My breakfast, snack, and 30 min. walk with my daughter.
I have the 'Carb Manager' App.
And, the 'Map my walk' by Under Armor, App.
Both, I highly recommend!
2nd Goal treat to self.
Once I reach my 1st Goal, I am treating myself to a hair cut!
'Other' Goals
Pray everyday.
Avoid temptation.
Go to church every Sunday.
Go outside at least 5x a week for 30 minutes to an hour.
Quit smoking.
Work on controlling my anger.
Be kind.
Paint, Write Poetry, Craft more often.
Make, 'Family Game Night' a thing.
Stay off the phone! (Except when blogging.)
Clean out the house and dust!
Read more. (Especially my Bible.)
Once a week, dinner with family. (Mom, Dad, and little brother.)/ (Sister and Brother in law.)
Talk to a counselor.
Talk to a doctor about PCOS.
Twice a month, 'Date Night.'
Join a Gym.
Get tan.
Whiter teeth.
Current Weight: 240
Goal Weight: #1: 190
#1: 50lbs in 11 weeks.
Goal Weight: #2: 150
#2: 40lbs in 4 weeks.
The Plan:
Low Carb Diet.
Walk 30 minutes a day, everyday.
Yoga 15 to 30 minutes, 5x a week.
Drink ONLY water.
Food Plan:
Avoid Fruits except for berries.
Avoid starchy Vegetables such as Potatoes, Peas, and Beans.
3 meals a day and 3 snacks a day.
Breakfast:
Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Cheese, and Ham.
Lunch & Dinner:
Meat and Vegetables.
Snacks:
Beef Jerky, Cheese, Deli Meats, Pepperoni's. Sugar Free (SF) Jello. Pudding, and Candy, Halo Ice cream, 'Skinny Pop' Popcorn, and Almonds.
