Is Loki visiting Captain America?

okay so idk if someone already posted this idea, but I think the Loki moment we saw is Loki visiting Cap in a past multiverse (or causing a multiversal branch by visiting him) at his house with Peggy

Look at the curtains. Light and sheer, morning/sunset light, with a thicker curtain to the side. The white paned window and the trees outside.

I think the patterned curtain behind Loki matches the curtains in their house. The red/gold ones maybe?

Anyways, and for the last bit of evidence, is this not the face of a Loki that might be nervously hoping Steve Rogers will believe him, after handing him his TVA badge, that he's good now and is on some kinda mission to save the multiverse?

Anyways, I never make theory posts about anything but I saw this and wanted to just join in.

Does anyone have any clue whether this is Loki from the show or a Loki variant? How could he just step down from his throne? Or did he send out a duplicate? Seems a little eat-your-cake-and-have-it-too if it's TV show-Loki.
