As I get older I am finding myself getting more annoyed with people joking about me and other black people not being "black" because we are "not stereotypical because although we do enjoy rap we also like other forms of music, dont talk the same, and dress different". I get the line...oh you're not really black, or when I say im black some people respond...."psh okay asa". Your personality and actions do not dictate your skin color. Rewind this to 50 years ago, if I were dealing with the segregation stuff I would, I wouldn't be able to be like oh no it its okay im really "black"...I love the Beatles wear bell bottom jeans its totally cool, Im barely black so we can all just chill....
