A terrifying incident: Yesterday, a colleague suddenly lost control, abruptly got up from his seat, grabbed the phone receiver I was on, and ripped out the phone cord! Please be aware of any emotional changes in the people around you!!

I often dream of walking down a staircase from a high place, but the lower half is missing and doesn't reach the ground. I stare at the crowd below, feeling acrophobic and slightly anxious. I try to find another staircase that leads directly to the ground, but when there's no way around, I hesitate for a moment before jumping straight down from the end of the stairs—almost as if sliding down tightly along the wall until I reach the ground.

(我經常夢見自己從高處走下樓梯, 然而樓梯沒有後半段, 沒法直達地面, 我直視地面的人群, 感到畏高及有點焦慮, 嘗試繞道另一個可直達地面的樓梯, 當無法繞道, 猶疑一會後從樓梯盡頭垂直跳下, 彷彿是緊貼牆壁直至地面!)
