As life happens, remember to smile; knowing that "this too shall pass" - and that we are never alone. In the moments when you are unable to smile, close your eyes take a deep breath bringing your awareness to your heart beat. Feel its movement inside of your body, while concentrating on its pace. In your mind as you are breathing deeply AFFIRM: "that no matter how it looks, this too shall pass, and when it does I will emerge wiser, stronger, and empowered, I am a survivor and I choose to live". If I do not agree with you (respectfully so); does an unconditional love of friendship stands true? Can our distinctive views withstand a once fertile, and lively conversation? Or must I become the yes to your rapidly evolving perspective which does not resonate with me, however works wonders for you. Is there tolerance anymore for differences? Is there true tolerance for freedom of self expression? Or must we all uniformly think, talk, feel,dress, and walk alike? Is there an existence of diversity within the many branches of humanity? Have we outlawed ourselves with laws - losing the faculty of justice, a sense of compassion, tolerance, and fairness? Is loyalty more important to doing what is right, or is it negated pending the person(s)? Do we still have courage? Love Moon He slipped away last night to visit his Love Moon. As he reached his destination she glowed brightly, letting him know the she was glad to feel his energy. He laid in the grass and closed his eyes. He closed his mind to everything that happened in the day, and focused on the things that were to come tonight. She started from the tip of his toes ending at his head. He felt so clean, so free; wanting to stay with her for eternity. Knowing that they only had a few hours before the sun would rise, he quickly rose to his feet and #dance with the moon, he held her so close, so tight. Engulfing his scent in the universe, she whispered in his ear that she would always be near - even when she seem to disappear. She gave him a glow that made him high he felt himself elevating to the sky, feeling as if he would never die. He noticed a tear coming from her eye, and asked why do you cry? She said; that from the moment I saw you I knew I would #love you and from the moment you released your #energy, I knew you could and would love me. When you first looked into the sky, and hummed that sweet melody, I knew we would always be for eternity. I am your Love #Moon, and you my Earth Love. There will never come a night you will live in fright wondering if your soul would be soothe right. She leaned down to kiss him goodnight, and all he could taste was the wine that had him entwined. His mind digested its taste, never forgetting for those times they would not be able to embrace. His intuition told him to express himself in a way that would allow them to stay connected; for the time had approached to say goodbye. He opened his mouth, and allowed his heart to speak -he became weak, was fighting sleep. He had to tell her exactly how he felt, for he could not wait until he would see her fullness again. He opened his mouth and sang to her, and sang to her, over and over again he told her that he loved her. He cried his words, as she became his words. She ingested every word he fed her, as he drank from her. Finally they forced their good-bye's swearing to one another their love would never die. Thinking about all of my "I AM" affirmations/statements, and work put into getting me to this very moment. I AM incredibly grateful for the beauty and the beast in every experience. I AM incredibly grateful for leaping, and trusting the process of getting out of my way. I AM incredibly grateful for my courage, discipline, and resilience. I AM incredibly grateful for having the strength to shut out the opinions, and criticism from others about who I am, and my journey. I AM grateful that I've found peace, and a greater appreciation for my self-worth in solitude. I AM grateful I found my power voice. I AM grateful I have embraced my weaknesses, and learned how to love and nurture them. I AM grateful that even when I fuk up - I never give up.
