Welcome to my Colin Firth blog, where I will be attempting to watch and review the man's full catalogue, more or less in chronological order. Obviously, I've always been aware there is an actor called Colin Firth and he's in many movies, but I never really cared too much. I certainly never watched a movie because he was in it, and I had the vague idea that most of his films were romcoms I wouldn't be interested in anyway.
Then I watched the Kingsman movies and realized he is the most handsome man I have ever seen.
Then I watched A Single Man and realized, oh no, I love him.
Then I started watching all of his movies. It has been an incredible voyage of discovery. Not only do I continue to enjoy his handsome face, I've found several films that are now on my Favorite Movies of All Time list as well as several more that I really enjoyed and I'm thankful that I saw. There are a few that I'm not that fond of but his performance has made them worthwhile, so I thought I'd make this side blog to capture all my thoughts and feelings and saved photos in in one place.
