BASICALLY, both are truly doing for the pure love of justice and love getting praise on the pride of that

while the world does not work in the way both want or saw it to be for them, things had changed; they keep trying to push do the role they believe is still correct and must uphold on soever until to the point they can quickly get to blind lost/corrupt delusion of what duty they should take an adventure to without the awareness

i think the thing that makes them different apart is Queenie, Queen of Hatred is about wanting everyone to still be expected need her for it because it's her whole title she is on and meant to be (believe me when i said queenie just needs therapy it really is- )

while Don Quixote is about wanting to be living as an ideal noble where everyone praises her honor and faithfulness that she dedicated to and when they happen to get lost and corrupt queenie will go completely furious and quixote would just stray off the wrong path

if you wanna count little extra stuff little things too queenie design has star stuff that can resemble don qui connect with, both using lonnnmmgg weapons, cheerful girls who don't afraid to pick a fight! and turn to be more troublesome than actually help
