I’m back from seeing my mom’s husband’s family in Mexico so here is a Roger thingy that might be a bit angsty

Tw: mentions of abuse

He developed his violent tendencies from having his dad abuse him verbally, mentally and physically, he learned that quiet = safety and that showing emotion in any way around his dad just means pain. Over time it just festered in his mind due to staying silent and bottling his emotions up. His mind eventually became an echo chamber, echoing his violent thoughts and urges and with no help and he was just constantly alone, it just became everything for him. I mean it literally mentioned that no one knew who he was. I suspect he also did get picked on back home too with how anti social he is.

Also the pig thing is definitely a side effect from childhood abuse, taking out his violent tendencies on a helpless creature like I used to do with bugs, I still kill them sometimes but not so horribly. But what I’m saying is that Roger is showing the same signs I do and have when I was around his age, behavior picked up from abuse.
