Its rare for me to post personals but after a string of badass looking photos, I felt inspired. The collage pic on the left is from late August when I was at my heaviest and feeling terrible. Guys, I made my own summer rolls and I think I'm addicted. Stuffed with kale/spinach blend, cucumber, yellow bellow pepper, quinoa and brown rice, and dried cranberries. Dipping sauce is sesame ginger.
