i would take my attention off of 'family pressure' and remind myself how supportive everyone is of what i do. there is no dealing with the 3d in a molding sense. you decide the truth of what you are experiencing.

genuine question… as a dramatic crybaby. how do i act like seeing the old story doesn’t impact me. im miss chalant unfortunately. it’s like i know it’s mine (because if i didn’t know, i would have given up) but the emotional part just really isn’t connecting. any tips for processing it?

you don't need to act like anything. you can cry all you want and still have everything works out for you. crybabies get what they want because they are stubborn. all you "need" to do is remind yourself that you already have your desired outcome. no need to fight your emotions, allow them.
