Leg day!!
Workout:
Stiff leg deadlift - 20 reps x 3 sets (make sure to keep your back straight, to incline your neck with your spine. Bend using your hips and squeeze your glutes when you rise up) + 5 if body weight
Bulgarian split squat - 15 reps (each leg) x 3 sets (wider stance targets glutes more), +5 if body weight
Banded hip abduction - 20 reps x 3 sets
Sumo squat with two pulses - 20 reps x 3 sets, + 5 if body weight
Lateral squats - 12 reps x 3 sets (if you’re doing in on the ground, make it 20 reps)
