Life is always better with blueberries and peanut butter 👊🏽 (unless you are allergic or course). I don’t have much fruit left in the house but I do have apples which I have stewed, and a couple of stray passionfruit. My oats are also topped with hemp seeds, carob sauce and cacao nibs. I woke up feeling really anxious but those feelings have eased a little now after my morning run and work out. I’ll be much calmer once I get home from work and have a big bowl of veggies to dig into (and time to read Harry Potter).
