In Central Oregon, we’ve been having a glorious week. It’s been in the low 60s every day until today, bright and sunny and warm. It’s done great things for my sense of well being. Well, I’m one week into this newly committed deal. Here’s how I did: Water goal (64 oz or more every day): Done!! Calorie goal (net 750 calorie deficit every day): Met every day except Friday, which I didn’t track, but I went out to dinner and didn’t work out.
