The best snack.
This feels and taste so unhealthy! This will satisfy your sweet tooth totally clean and guilt free. Vanilla quark (quark mixed with vanilla stevia) topped with banana slices, peanut butter, ½ protein bar (put it in the micro for 30 seconds so it melts) and some sugar free peanut syrup. Delicious, I’m in the healthy sweet heaven.

You have to exercise, eat right and enough, nourish your body and get rest. Take care of your body, you only have this one. You’re worth it
Try this circuit training with jumping rope and abs exercises. This is what I did: 2 minutes jumping rope, 1 minute sit-up, 2 minutes jumping rope, 1 minute exercise ball pull-in, 2 minutes jumping rope, 1 minute reverse crunch, 2 minutes jumping rope, 1 minute plank. Then I did this session 4 times. I where so sweat and my abs where burning when I where finished. Hard but fun at the same time. You have to try! It’s a great form of working out because you don’t have time to get bored or feel exhausted. You can actually do this home in your living room. No excuses! You have to try and let me know what you think :)
One this plate is only 110 calories! Made the skinny chocolateckake (recipe her: http://fitnessdedication.tumblr.com/post/22644173246/skinny-chocolate-cake-the-chocolate-cake-1-whole  ) and served with lightly whipped cream and chocolate protein sauce. Yum :D
