I grew up a very confident kid/teen. almost too confident. borderline cocky..haha going through my most important body years with some very toxic boyfriends/friends stripped all that confidence away. after struggling for years and years trying to find my way back to feeling even slightly okay with myself and my own body image, I found jon. he's done nothing but make me feel good about myself and let me know how much he loves me no matter what I look like, how much I do or don't workout, what I eat or drink. nothing could change how he sees me and how much he loves me. and feeling that love has slowly made me start to feel good about myself again and make me want to take care of myself and be the best version of me. I was on a pretty healthy path for a long time. going to the gym everyday and eating pretty healthy..dont get me wrong I'll never stop eating my pizza and beer😋 but the last couple months I've really fallen off. I had a problem with my wrist that made everything i did hurt which led to me being in a cast for 3 weeks, right when I got that off Remington had to get surgery and had to be watched almost around the clock, which led to not alot of sleep which led to me getting pretty sick for that week. I know it all probably sounds like excuses, but it just seemed like going to the gym during all this needed to be put on the back burner so I could take care of more important things. well things have started to slow down around here and are getting back to normal!! and with nothing going on to distract my mind, I've started to revert back to feeling really bad about my body and how I feel. so here I am, right back to day one of getting back on track to getting where I was👏👏 (ps sorry this is so long...haha I just intended for this to be a cute little quote post, but then I just started writing and this is where I stopped and it felt right to just keep it. hahah)
