up until recently i straight up ignored color theory/shading/lightning on clothes, but i today i really want to get better at it so these days i've been painting from reference/ messing around with different effects and what not... it's been a fun journey?

hot take: in the past i had been so so frustrated to find an 'art style' that suits me, but i am way past that phase. i'm drawing whatever i want in whatever style and i'm exploring so many different techniques. if you care so much about a 'constant art style' you will get stucked and will be hard to develop your art skillz. and most importantly! you will miss out alot of fun! (like when you find out a really cool technique)
