“ is that a bad thing? ”

from his spot between his lover's thighs, the prince grins up at fiyero, blue eyes twinkling with mischief and adoration. to be entirely honestly, he's quite enjoying himself. there is a certain thrill that comes with working fiyero up like this — especially since every sensation is like new to him, after so long without it. adam will always feel guilty for the things that happened to fiyero, but moments like this soften the blow just a bit.

maybe it is rather cruel of him to tease fiyero in this way, all things considered, but he wants to drag it out, just a bit. adam presses another kiss against the prince's skin, teeth lightly grazing it afterwards. only then does adam pull away, a crooked smile toying at a handsome visage.

“ how about this, then? ”

his fingers move to the place his kisses had been mere moments before, inching closer and closer to where he knows fiyero wants to be touched, though he refuses to fully close the gap just yet. “ you tell me what you want instead. ”

it's another tease and they are both aware of it — adam already knows. he just wants to hear fiyero say exactly what it is he needs. exactly what he wants.

reaching out, the former scarecrow takes hold of the former beast's chin. he admires the handsome features for a long moment- though, it's in part to give himself a moment to still his beating heart- before he smiles fondly.

fiyero pulls adam in just enough to brush his lips against the other prince's as he speaks. "I want you to touch me, fuck me, hold me. I want you to show me just how much you've missed me all this time apart."

fiyero goes quiet a moment, something so clearly on the tip of his tongue, but he fears speaking it. after all, the last time he dared utter such a word to adam things had begun to fall apart.

though, fiyero knows that the adam that's in front of him now is far different than the man who'd lead to everyone in the castle being cursed.

despite his worry, he swallows thickly and meets the other's gaze with an almost concerned twinkle in his gaze.

"i want you to show me just how much you love me."

"all mine?" they've said it before, devoted and smitten as they are, but he'll still savor hearing it again. plus, it's been very fun to tease his boy.

"you say things like that, i really ought to put a pup in you, hm?"

ansgar smiles and shakes his head fondly before kissing him again. the liplock has a slow heat to it, the older man eventually licking into the younger's mouth and a content sigh between them.

"i missed you too, my heart."

stepping back enough to allow fiyero to stand from his perch on the table, ansgar begins to untie the fastenings of his trousers.

"go on to bed." there's a nod across their humble abode. even though fiyero had traded his life of luxury for this, he'd prefer the prince as comfortable as possible.

fiyero can't help but stare up at ansgar with confusion twinkling behind hooded eyes as the alpha initially pulls back. with a quick peak of his tongue to wet his lips, he smiles faintly and gets up, pressing a quick peck to ansgar's lips once more.

gently, he utters, "keep speaking of putting a pup in me and i'll begin to take it as a promise," before he walks towards the bed.

tries as he might to remain calm, he can't help the way his heart hammers against his chest. he's lane with the knight numerous times before, and yet each time it's as if it's the first.

still, he has to maintain some of his usual swagger, so before he lays upon their bed, he slowly slides the waistband of his own trousers down his slender hips and over his legs. he haphazardly discards the material on the floor before falling gracefully against the bedding.

"hurry, or i might have to start myself," he coos playfully.

her eyes narrow, almost waiting for him to laugh, but when a beat of silence passes and it's still only her hammering heart, she blinks with surprise. "fiyero?" her hands find his chest, if only to have someplace to comfortably rest. "you're jealous over me...?" if that was meant to be a casual confession, the bad news is that it's made her giddy instead.

lighting up, she speaks softly into the space between them. "do you know what might work?" green eyes watch his mouth excitedly. in a fluid, instinctive movement, she grinds lightly against his knee. he is, after all, an incredibly attractive man.

"tell me you want me to stay."

even though fiyero made the first move, he's a bit surprised by nealie's response. a hand finds nealie's waist as she begins to rub against him, his thumb stroking along her hipbone and careful not to stop the motion.

the tip of his tongue flicks out over his lips as he tries to steel himself from his own nerves as his dark eyes gaze into emerald ones.

it's strange, not having someone jumping at the opportunity to have him for the night. at least, not without making him work for it. but then, that's what he finds he adores about nealie, isn't it? she's honest and open and doesn't swoon over just anything. she's strong and tough and doesn't take shit from anyone, and it makes him so enamored with her he's uncertain he can even keep up with her.

"Stay," he finally chokes out. "I want you to stay. Please?"

Ever since he became flesh again from straw, it's almost as though he's feeling everything for the first time once more. The feeling of the droplets against his cheeks when he's caught in the rain, the feeling of a kiss placed upon his mouth by the love of his life, the way a fork feels against his fingers; all of it feels so familiar and yet so foreign.

In a way, it's almost a blessing that he has such a fresh start with Adam, but then in moments like this, it's almost a beautiful curse.

Fiyero can't help the soft gasps or the ways his cheeks grow warm at the sight of the prince's head between his thighs or the feeling of his lips against the sensitive skin. His fingers curl into the bedding beneath him as he watches the way Adam seemingly worships the inside of his legs. Adam hadn't been this loving or attentive towards Fiyero- at least, not towards what would have been the end of them had it not been for the curse- and it's driving the winkie prince mad.

"Adam, I swear you're just doing this to tease me."

ansgar huffs a playfully peeved sigh, trying not to melt too much at the affection. strong arms support his weight til he can perch his lover onto their table and kiss him deeply. the novelty of their freedom hasn't worn off yet, and he finds himself smiling against the prince's mouth.

"mm, i'm not sure." fiyero's shirt is lifted and peeled off him. ansgar looks at him with the knowledge that he's the luckiest man alive— and with every intention to enjoy it to the fullest extent. "would that happen to involve me being deep inside you?" an eyebrow is quirked, his eye keen.

"because i think we could arrange that." since leaving the castle life behind, fiyero is definitely privileged to a much cruder side of ansgar.

fiyero feels his heart skip a beat at ansgar's blunt response, and if his cheeks warm up a bit, he can't help it. ansgar's always been blunt, but the lack of potentially prying ears gives his alpha far more freedom with his words in ways the prince stupidly wasn't expecting.

"well, i certainly wouldn't object to that if that's how you wish for me to show you," he breathes, fingers curling over the waistband of the other's pants.

"however you want me, i'm all yours."

his voice is soft as he looks up at the love of his life, eyes shining with sincerity as he promises himself to the knight eagerly.

"Oh, come now, don't you want to have a little romp in your office?" Fiyero cooed easily as he leaned over the back of Mel's chair to speak into her ear. "I think it'd be rather fun."

Without hesitation- or even consideration for the fact that Mel was likely in the middle of something important like grading papers or reading reports- he turned the professor's chair around so he could look her in the eyes, a deviant twinkle glimmering in his own.

"I even made certain the door's locked."

with one swift motion, fiyero pins nealie to the back of the door. he knows full well that if she wants to get out that she can, regardless of whether or not he puts up a fight. still, he can't help but lean in just closely enough that his lips are a breath away from hers.

"you know, i can't help but feel a bit jealous knowing you're out there with someone else whenever we're not together.'' his knee slips between hers, a small smirk that upticked his lips. "perhaps i can give you a reason to stay with me- at least for tonight?"

it's been rather nice having a home of their own, even if it's a quaint, simple cottage in the woods. fiyero also knows they may need to run at the drop of a hat, but he enjoys their home nonetheless.

as ansgar returns, the runaway prince can't help but jump into his arms the moment they're free of the belongings from his outing. there's a jovial warmth in fiyero's smile as he pulls ansgar in closely, snaking his arms around the alpha's neck as he leans up to kiss him lovingly.

"i've missed you," he purrs lovingly against his better half's lips. Though, the innocent facade quickly turns into a devious one as he playfully nips ansgar's lips. "care to find out how much?"
