For @hibernationden continued from here.
Henry had his fair share of encounters over the years. A lot of them when he was in college, some more recent. But he was no stranger to someone being transgender, and it definitely didn't bother him. He may have been a little surprised, momentarily, because Will had never mentioned it. But it was a fleeting feeling.
"I don't have any questions, there was no reason for the topic to come up, so you never told me. That's ok, it's your business." It didn't make Henry any less attracted to Will, at all.
"What troubles me more are the scars from injuries. You look like you've been through it, I'm sorry that happened to you." Henry had his own scars, along his arm and shoulder, but nothing of a gunshot or a stab wound. He'd been lucky in his line of work, very lucky.
Will, usually so guarded and beautifully wounded, was letting Henry bathe him, that's all that mattered now. "I'm a little cross with Jack Crawford, he needs to leave you alone, you need time, healing."
Henry's hands were even warmer than usual from the water of the bath as he rubbed Will's back with a cloth. "Try and relax, I'll take it from here."
