Vent-y Edge Time

I'm not going to say "my life is so hard11!!1" "nobody gets me11!1" and be all that's predicted when seeing a vent. Whenever I see someone vent, and I try to help them, they refuse to take it. The insist on refusing my advice to make themselves more miserable.

The quote that saved my damn life is "When the way you look at things change, the things you look at change too."

If you look at things in a positive light, you can make your life more positive. Our minds are so much more than we think.

But that's not it. I'm venting because of my Anxiety, and Severe paranoia. I had an.anxiety attack, and just totally broke down just know, crying and wheezing as usual. And my paranoia isn't helping, I constantly feel like I'm watched, or someone else is here, and it's really getting to my head.

Uh,, sorry for the edge in this, I hope you don't mind. Sorry in advance ^^;

Aaanyways,, my familys cat is really sick. He's been vomiting... a lot. Which is painful for me because I have emetophobia. (A severe fear of vomit and or vomiting;)

So whenever he vomits, I start to panic,,, sometimes having an anxiety attack. It really sucks, and it makes me worry for my cat.

I just hope he's fine, and some stress could be lifted off my shoulders.
