*Dusts*
So, I’m almost three years out and I am a big fat FAIL on the Gastric Bypass scale.
Like, literally. I ended up losing 100 lbs and I have gained it all back. But you know what?
I’m not letting that stop me.
Today was Day 5 of going to the gym. I’m planning on going every weekday and spending 30 minutes on the treadmill. I did this once. I can do it again.
