I love that Luna is now relaxed enough that he can let that side of him be seen. I mean, he doesn't have to be the one keeping Earth in check/stable, always the caretaker, never the one taken care of kind of thing.
I'm glad that side of the system is finally getting a break (except poor Mars that got dragged into the mess, but maybe we get to see more of his personality from this?).
Neptune is being annoying, but I think is good that we can see some actual flaws that aren't just quirks, it makes them feel more real.
I kind of want to see Jupiter's thoughts on his best friend being accused of murder, given his own past with the Great Tack and all.
Uranus and Neptune are playing good detective bad detective and I'm surprised that Neptune is the "bad one". Also, Uranus's diary being turned into a record of the Solar System, that's so smart! I wonder if this was planned since they were sharing Earth's orbit with that episode that started with him writing in his diary.
Anyways, I think reading a page from 4 billions years ago first was a reference to how they used to think the rings were much older. It was a good detail and they made it "funny" (still don't like how they keep making Uranus the target of jokes like that).
More moon interactions!!! And then again Luna doesn't count as a moon! Please, let him know about the investigation at some point. I really want to see how he would react to finding out that Titan (given his role in the Moon Revolution and that he seemed to be the moon Luna got closer to after it) may had had a participation in another moon's death.
Titan being so on Saturn's side got me thinking that maybe he subconciously knows he himself is guilty and so wants to believe there was no crime. Also, he immediately accused the ice giants of creating drama... I think it ties to how he was the iniciator of the Moon revolution and that whole plot started with a question from Neptune. Now, Neptune is making a lot of questions now and he's afraid it'll happen again.
Triton, having been the one to accidentally kill moons before, must have a lot to say about this. I want a conversation between him and Titan at some point.
Also, let my girl Rhea speak! Girl's only personality traits right now are being nice, soft-spoken and mostly ignored. Let us see more!
Now, about the end, maybe Ceres is the one that knows? I mean, it is the Asteroid Belt and why else would they have included him being creepy in this episode? But it could also be one of the moons... if so, my bet is on Rhea/Tethys or Triton.
Also, maybe MAYBE it serves as a warning that they shouldn't throw stuff around (like Uranus's diary) because this kind of thing can happen (got a page ripped off).
Remember the early episodes when Luna didn't talk but was very expressive? Well, he's so used to Earth being the center of attention that he keeps doing it even after he starts being more part of the group and being seen in general. He just assumes that, as long as he doesn't talk when he's near Earth, he becomes a background element, so he gets surprised when his expressions get noticed. This also happens with the moons; as long as the attention is on somebody else, he acts like that because he's used to being the "silent companion". Maybe it gets better with time?
An extra headcanon is that they jokingly call when Luna acts like that the "Earth's moon" mode. Not sure how he would feel about it, though. I guess it would depend on who and how they say it.
The real reason they move around is cartoon logic but, since they also mentioned that gravity has something to do with it, this came to mind.
The gravity fields act as "water". Think about how you move in water, you use your limbs to push against it to move around. They do the same with gravity, using the Sun's gravity field to move around and the farther they are from the source the harder it is to move because the "water" is less dense and so they can't generate as much push that easily.
Outside with the rogues, they use the gravity field of the galaxy, but obviously it's much weaker than if you are closer to the center or to a star. I feel like in that situation they have to rely more on each other's gravity fields and the law of action and reaction.
A little addition to this: Orbits are currents, but only for whoever that orbit belongs to.
If they let themselves be taken by them, they end up orbiting the Sun as they do irl and the Sun can control orbits because they are part of his gravity field (same with planets and their moons, though the Sun has also a bit of control over them because they're in his gravity field as well in a way).
The Chrysalis arc is also an ice giants arc, sign me in! I think I know why, but I'm not saying in case it spoils it for someone (is it a spoiler if it's a real life hypothesis?).
Anyways, this episode really showed Neptune's changes. His memory got better and he seems less drifty (with the face he made when he realized he had a part on starting everything). Also, he's so smart! We already knew but it's been increasingly less subtle and I love it.
On the other hand, I like Saturn getting along with his moons and I guess the way they found out about Chrysalis points to Saturn not being able to remember his moons' names being tied to her death? I mean, there was that ad where young Saturn was worried about forgetting his moons' names and at the time I thought it was a joke on how he ended out doing just that, but I guess it could have been foreshadowing that remembering his moons' names was very important to Saturn and so forgetting them was a sign that something happened.
Rhea and maybe Tethys (and some others, I'm suspicious of Enceladus and Hyperion's reactions) likely know something, which would finally give some relevance to the Saturnian moons besides Titan. Contrary to popular belief, I think Titan does not know about Chrysalis even if he definitely had something to do with it. Either he got amnesia (like planet like moon) or didn't notice somehow, he looked like he completely believed Saturn when he said there was no dead moon.
Guess we'll have to wait for Neptune Holmes and Uranus Watson to find out. Nothing I would have ever thought about (them playing detectives), but I'm all for it!

You know how in a lot of languages we use "my life" or "life of mine" as an affective appellative? Well, it's Earth's fault.
He loved his life(forms) so much and said "my life" with such affection that it took the meaning of "something that's very beloved and precious", and that concept was unknowingly ingrained in humanity's consciousness.
I loved this one so much. Everyone's so happy, they've got some long overdue talks and the foreshadowing was beautiful. My only little complain is that we didn't get the reencounter of the moons, but maybe we'll get it in another episode?
First of all, I didn't expect it to have been weeks since the Sun left and poor Earth was just started to get pessimistic, I'm glad he's still being nice and that Luna sees through his attempts to make it not seem as serious as it is. It reminds me of when the planets swapped orbits and while Luna was getting impatient, Earth was being understanding of the others and then Luna is the one to tell him "You don't have a while!" It's a bit ironic that the Moon is the one grounding the Earth (as in being the grounding one).
I'm a bit confused about Ceres, though. Didn't he get frozen too? And then, when the Sun got there, they were able to move before he used his power to unfreeze everything again? This could fully be me not understanding how it works, but worth mentioning.
Anyways, Mars being the first one to arrive and crying when he saw Earth. All of their reactions were so sweet but that one was my favorite. He missed him so much and was impatient to see him ❤️ Also, the way Earth beheaved made me remember he's the youngest planet XD If I knew how to animate I would animate that humanized because he definitely had an arm around Mars at the end and I can see Venus helping to make sure he doesn't lose balance when "orbiting" him (in canon, I think he used his gravity so support him so he could do it). All we were missing was a happy dance from Earth, but we did get Mercury being so excited about leaving his orbit that he made honor to his name, so it's fine 😁
Also, Saturn wanting to celebrate with his moons and Uranus wanting to spend time with Neptune ❤️ They are making more Guillermos XD I wonder if the first one was made with paint Neptune took from Uranus and now he gets to have one his cousin actually made. For me, that would make up for how they kept giving it away without asking Neptune.
Now, the Sun then again showed that he got better, but we also got to see he's still struggling. The fact that he now knows how to regulate himself (with the exhales) so he doesn't snap and yell like he used to do makes it so much more realistic and believable.
I feel like his conversation with Jupiter was meant to show the parallelism between them I talked about in another one of my reviews. And I hope both get some piece of mind regarding the Great Tack after that because it's the exact same reasoning I had and I don't know if I have writen. Also, I hope someone mentions some rockies survived to Sun, but with them being enemies of the rogues now... it may not be that relieving as it could have been.
Talking of the rogues, I'm glad they are adressing that they're going to have to deal with them eventually; but, same as Luna told Earth about him eventually leaving (which isn't fully true by the way), they want to focus on enjoying their time together.
I'm so excited for Proxima and Chrysalis. It's a pity Triton's companion doesn't seem to be canon because that's another thing I would like to see, but maybe they'll mention it (and the solar companion theory) in one of the upcoming episodes since they said they would be more like the early Solarballs?
I already mentioned in my headcanon about the eyes being light that stars can tell whose starlight is it.
Now let me add: They can also tell apart their system members by how they reflect their light. Think of it like how we can see that Mars is redder or Venus is brighter in the night sky.
Of course, while all stars can potentially do this, it also depends on how much attention the individual star pays to those things. For example, Sun can distinguish all his system members by light, but he only knows if a celestial is his or not.
I do wonder how this would work for the eyes of captured planets, though. Would their eyes change as they spend time in the new system? Or maybe it has to do with which system they feel like they belong to? Or with the stars considering them theirs? Maybe they'll have an eye with the light of their original star and the other with the new's? Opinions are welcome.
*Talking about how rocky planets and gas giants are so different*
Uranus, to Jupiter: Yeah, mate. If you hadn't told me they (the rocky planets) were planets too, I would have thought they were the Sun's moons or something. *To the rockies* No offense.
Europa, slightly judgy: Why would it be offensive?
In a space gijinka setting, their size difference would still be an obstacle to show physical affection when it comes to much smaller celestial bodies.
Caresses would be no problem and hugs would be somewhat easy since they can just softly curl their fingers or whole hand/s around them instead of their arms.
Kisses, however, would likely be uncomfortable or even scary for the smaller ones, so my headcanon is they'd kiss their own fingers and then tap the other wherever they are kissing (as if placing the kiss there).
Sun would have been the one to start this since everyone is tiny to him, but I think even celestials with a smaller size difference between them *points at Earth and Luna* would do this as an additional gesture of affection.
I think everyone knows about how Triton likely had a binary partner that was tecnically its moon, but there is more: Triton was very likely bigger before and had what's called a reliquidization during the capture.
The tides from Neptune and collisions with its moon system would have melted Triton and make it lose a lot of material, as well as absorb some from the past moons.
Why is this important?
Because if Earth is not Proto, then Triton shouldn't be who he was pre-capture.
Also, if Earth and Luna are siblings because of the shared origin (and composition), then Triton and the current inner Neptunian moons could also be considered "biological" siblings, since those little moons formed from the disc of debris from the capture (mix of past Triton and the past Neptunian moons' material). I think it's sweet that all of Neptune's moons see each other as siblings even without this being addressed.
When Jupiter saw Sun again, a memory from a long long time ago surfaced:
Sun was looking back at him, vision blurred by tears. All he could really see was Jupiter surrounded by darkness as his eyes filled with tears too.
The star rushed to comfort his planet, wrapping his gravity around him as tight as he dared and reassuring him as his light tinted him in a golden hue, keeping the darkness away.

Title: The Universe Trials.
Summary: The Solar System Trials are over, but a new trial is about to start. Is this a second chance to make things better or to doom themselves to an even worse veredict not even the Sun could save them from? This time, it seems the planets are the ones under the spotlight.
Why does it seem like a game though...? And what's with the mythology themes?
Finally started this. This chapter is just the introduction and it's in the Sun's POV, but I think he'll be a background character the rest of the story. It's so weird not knowing what will happen...
