A staple of the Gracie Diet which was created by Brazilian jujitsu founder Carlos Gracie were açaí bowls. He believed they maximized the performance of his fighters. It’s no wonder I feel tip top when I start my day with one. I’m noticing lately that not everything I eat for breakfast (though delicious and healthy) makes me feel my best. I find it interesting that what works for one person may not work for another because we all have different needs. Is there something you’ve been eating often that doesn’t serve YOU well though it’s whole and healthy? I’m curious.
