The point is less to do things that other people tell you are useful, and more to do you - what you are passionate about - and surround yourself with people who find use in that which is you. You could cure diseases, end wars, build rocket ships, or whatever you can imagine - but surrounded by the wrong crowd, it can all be swept up in apparent lack of use. Dont let anyone drag you down.
