Synopsis: you and Jessie had agreed to a noncommittal, no strings attached, friends with benefits situation. What you hadn’t planned on was having a baby together. You finally return to training, and have to face Jessie after your heated argument.
Warnings: SMUT (18+), g!p smut, unprotected sex, penetrative sex, oral sex, little bit of angst, slight medical stuff
A/N: hi, this chapter is written solely because I wanted to write the scene of R telling Jessie she doesn’t need a condom, and now I’ve built a 6k word chapter around that single scene.
Your first day back at training had been a whirlwind. You’d gotten there early and sat down with Paul and the main coaching staff. It had been, as you expected, embarrassing, to explain to everyone on the room that you were expecting. Your knees bounced and your face burned the whole duration of the meeting. Thankfully everyone met you with excitement and joy.
The agreement had been that you'd continue training, under the supervision of Paul and his team along with Dr. Stevens, through your first trimester. You’d also expressed to them your desire for secrecy, you didn’t want the rest of the team, or staff to know until you told them.
Unfortunately, that meant Kylie, who you considered your best friend, still didn’t know. You were waiting for the right moment, when you had her alone, or when it felt right, but you had yet to find it.
It was relatively easy to fall back into routine at training. You endured a little teasing from your teammates about the stomach flu taking you down for so long, which you just smiled and agreed. And then there was Jessie.
Jessie, who would give you too long of a knowing glare anytime you joked about the flu, who you’d catch watching you more than normal, who would make comments about taking it easy or hydrating enough under her breath to you. She meant well, you knew that, she was looking out for the baby and you. But it was overbearing.
You hadn’t really spoken since she’d left your apartment. Not regarding the baby, there hadn’t been any texts or calls after that fight. Being stubborn, you refused to reach out to her first, and knowing her, you expected she was holding the same stance. So you continued in silence. You orbited around each other in practice, quick but harsh glances at each other, only communicating regarding training. A wall of guilt had started to build, you’d started to recognize how poorly you’d handled things, specifically things with Jessie. The longer you avoided each other, the worse you felt.
It was difficult. You didn’t want to avoid her, you hated it. Jessie had been one of your closer friends over the past few years, leading to how you’d ended up beneath her in the first place. She was a safe place to you, safe enough to tell your fears to, to share embarrassing stories, to ultimately share your body with.
But that had changed. There was a new tension, a deep feeling of uncertainty when you’d look at her, you of course still trusted her and cared so deeply about her, but there was something else, there was someone else, a person the two of you had made and now, forever, the two of you were permanently tied together, linked in some way.
It was your fourth day back at training when Jessie finally had enough. You were filling your water bottle after recovery and checking in with Paul. You hear the door open and then shut and then you hear the turn of a lock, causing your head to whip around.
There stood Jessie, still sweaty from training, her hair slicked back into a ponytail. “You’re avoiding me.” She sets her tracker back onto the charger and moves over toward you.
“I’m not.” You turn back to filling your bottle.
“You are.”
“You’re the one who left my place.”
“Yeah because you dropped giant news on me, I needed a little bit to process, I’m sure you can understand that given you took days to process before you even told me.”
“Oh my god Jess.” You threw your head back momentarily before looking at her. “Get over it!”
“No!” She came closer toward you, pushing herself onto the table. “I’m allowed to be upset about being kept in the dark, you don’t get to tell me otherwise. And then you tell me that I don’t have to be involved, that’s not your choice. It’s your choice to keep the baby, but I want to be involved.”
“You actually want to be involved?” Maybe it was ignorant of you to assume otherwise, but you expected the baby to scare anyone. Even Jessie who was so family oriented, who was so caring, who you’d seen babysit your teammates babies happily. But you’d assumed she’d want nothing to do with you. “Not just the playing with the baby, I mean involved with all of it, all the late nights, the days when we’re traveling, if the baby gets sick, the mental load of that, the emotional load that comes with it, not to mention the physical tax, you really want that? Because if you’re not one hundred percent, don’t tell me you’re in.”
“God, yes, of course. I mean did I expect to have a baby, no, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to step up.” She pauses. “I want to be there, not just for them, but for you too. Whatever you need, I can’t imagine how this is for you.”
Taking a sip of your water, you look at Jessie. “Fine. I have an appointment this afternoon. I’ll text you the details. You want to be involved, be there.”
“Really?” Her eyes light up at the offer.
“Yeah. Really.”
Jessie is quiet in the waiting room. She doesn’t ask questions, she hardly looks at you. She even double checks with you that you want her to come back into the exam room when the nurse calls your name. She quietly sits while the nurse gets your vitals and initial information, making fleeting eye contact with you. The nurse brings in the ultrasound machine, commenting that the doctor would likely want to do one later, and then she leaves.
Jessie stared horrified at the ultrasound wand, finally speaking up. “That’s, going to go..?” She looked down to your lap then back to the wand.
“Yep, sure is, super uncomfortable.” You return deadpanned.
“I’m sorry.” She apologizes as if she’s the one causing the discomfort, and in a way that makes you feel better. At least she was understanding what you were already having to deal with, let alone what you were going to experience over the upcoming months.
You quickly fall back into uncomfortable silence until Dr. Stevens knocks and enters. She quickly greets you before turning to Jessie and begins to introduce herself, assuming she was your friend along for emotional support, you quickly interject.
“She’s actually the reason I’m here, it’s her baby too, she’s the other parent.” You can see Jessie’s shoulders sink slightly as you blame her for being in this situation.
“Oh how exciting, well it’s very nice to meet you. I’m sure we’ll be seeing each other a lot more.”
“Yeah,” Her smile grows wide for a minute. “I’m, I’m excited.”
She turns back to her desk, rifling through paperwork. “Okay, so blood work from the last appointment looks good, nothing to be worried about yet. How have you been feeling?”
“Exhausted, but it seems like for no reason, I’ve been sleeping better, I pee, a lot. But beyond that, things are weirdly normal.”
“The exhaustion is normal, unfortunately. It might not seem like a lot is going on right now, but your body is growing a human, it’s a small human right now but that takes a lot of energy. As for the peeing, normal also, your body is making more blood, for the baby, this means your kidneys are working overtime, you generate more urine.” She writes notes in your chart. “The exhaustion should get better here as you finish out your first trimester. I’d like to do another ultrasound, get measurements again, make sure baby is measuring about 9 weeks.”
“Yeah, that’s fine.”
“Okay, you know the drill, everything off from the waist down, here’s the cover, I’ll be back in a few minutes.” She stands up and closes the door behind her, leaving you and Jessie again in an uneasy silence.
“I didn’t know you were already 9 weeks.” Jessie’s voice is hesitant, the tension still obvious between the two of you.
“You never asked.” You snap back as you stand up from the table grabbing the paper sheet and unfolding it. Your thumbs grab the waist of your shorts and you notice Jessie’s head snap up as she decides to be very interested in the ceiling tiles.
“Jess.”
“What?” She says, head still tilted back.
“You literally put this baby in me, it’s fine if you see me change.” You almost laugh. Despite still being frustrated with her, something about her really makes it hard for you to stay mad. She drops her head back down but her eyes remain averted as you remove your shorts.
Dr. Stevens comes back a few minutes later. You lay back on the table and place your feet on the stirrups. Jessie stands from the chair and moves toward your side, mumbling something about not wanting you to feel exposed.
You wince and the cold gel and the feeling of the wand. You couldn’t wait for the baby to be big enough for a stomach ultrasound. Dr Stevens moves the wand around for a minute before she turns the screen toward you and Jessie.
“There’s your baby.” She points to the screen. “There’s their head, their body. It’s a little hard to see details, but they’re growing.”
You look away from the screen to see Jessie’s face. Her mouth is slightly open, eyebrows raised and her eyes have a look of adoration that you’re not sure you’d ever seen from her. As if she can feel you looking up at her she tilts her head slightly to look at you, a toothy smile breaking across face, her eyes glossy with tears.
Despite Jessie's obvious joy, for the first time you feel bad. A pit in your stomach grows as you look at Jessie’s face, full of love and amazement. She was so joyful, seeing the baby you’d made together. You begin to feel tears building in your own eyes, guilt building inside of you for shutting out Jessie. You blink hard trying to displace the tears.
Jessie looks away from you and back to the screen. You stay watching her. Watching how she looks as if she’s trying to memorize the ultrasound, how her fingers are fidgeting with each other, giving away that she’s equally in awe as she is nervous. You remember this is her first time actually seeing the baby. She’s seen the photo, but that wasn’t the same. Seeing the tiny movements, hearing their heartbeat, was so much more than a photo.
Without thinking much of it you lift your hand from the table beside you and grab at hers. It takes her a moment before she allows you to hold her hand. They’re a little clammy, but you’re pretty sure yours is too. You give her hand a gentle squeeze and she returns the gesture. She brings her other hand up to her cheek, wiping away a small tear.
“Everything here looks good.” Dr. Stevens says, breaking your stare at Jessie. “I’ll get some photos printed for both of you. Looks like baby is measuring closer to 10 weeks, about 9 weeks, 5 days to be more exact.”
When the doctor leaves the room to grab the photos you turn to Jessie again. The guilt still heavy on your chest, attempting to apologize was the least you could do, even if you were still half naked covered by a flimsy sheet.
“Jessie, I owe you an apology. For,” you pause, exhaling hard, “for everything. For how long I waited to tell you, for not involving you, for how poor my word choices were the other day. I promise, you are not what makes this embarrassing.” You notice the reaction in Jessie’s face when you recall your words.
“Am I embarrassed? Yeah a little bit, but I think I’d be embarrassed telling people I was pregnant if I’d been 30 and married for years. The idea of people knowing, that’s embarrassing, you should’ve seen me trying to tell the staff.” You ramble. “What I’m trying to say is, I’m sorry Jessie. This baby being half you, is not embarrassing, or humiliating. It actually means the kid will probably turn out pretty great, no thanks to me.”
“Thanks.” Her tight lipped smile tells you what you said hasn’t been enough.
You sit up from the table, your face getting to be more level with hers. “I know that isn’t enough to make up for it, I don’t know if I’ll ever have enough words to make up for it, but I’m sorry.”
“I appreciate that. I’m not going to lie and say that everything here is okay, but I appreciate the start, and I appreciate you letting me come along to this, I don’t ever want you to feel like I’m violating your privacy, I just want to be informed and involved.”
“I know, I’ll do better.” You put your feet onto the floor before pointing to the stack of your clothes. “Can you hand me those?”
You’re pulling up your shorts when Jessie lets out a snicker at her phone. Instantly you feel annoyed. Who could she possibly be texting that’s making her laugh while she’s sitting here with you. You're taken aback by the feeling, why should you be bothered if she’s texting someone else.
“What?” You quickly snap at her.
“Oh, uh I was just doing the math, on 9 weeks, 5 days.” She holds up her phone, the calendar on display. A small part of you is relieved she wasn’t texting someone. You try to push the thought of jealousy from your mind.
“Oh.”
“I mean I know she said that’s not exact, but uh, that was pretty much exactly after the Seattle game.” She looks at you with a half smirk.
You almost laugh, just as she had. The two days after the Seattle game had been something you thought about fondly, and way too often when you were alone. It had been one of your longest escapades with Jessie. You tried to stop thinking about it, but you couldn’t, the memories flooding your mind.you couldn’t stop thinking.
Thinking too deeply about the way Jessie’s fingers had gripped your hips so tightly, you’d woken up to yellow bruises the next morning. You think too deeply about how hot she’d looked between your thighs as she devoured you like she was starving. You think too much about how long she’d lasted and how eager she was for round after round until the both of you lay spent on the floor of your bedroom. Your cheeks start to burn when you remember the sounds she’d made in your ear and how she’d whined your name. You feel your thighs tighten, pressing them together.
And then suddenly you’re aware that you’re standing in the doctor’s office, with Jessie looking up at you as you stared, completely zoned out.
You clear your throat, “yeah, that weekend was, something.”
“Yep.” Jessie says, giving you a tight lipped smile. You notice how she adjusted her shorts quickly before her hands fell clasped across her lap in a concealing manner. You’re pretty sure she was just having the same flashbacks that you were.
You meet her eyes for a second before glancing back at her lap. “So, any chance you want to come over to my place?”
Of course Jessie agreed to follow you home. She couldn’t resist the offer, she couldn’t resist you. She walked into your apartment already sporting an almost painful erection, much to your appeasement.
“Someone’s ready.” You tease, palming her though her shorts.
“Don’t.” Jessie complains about the teasing.
“Oh you don't want me to touch you?” You pull your hand away slowly. She jolts, grabbing your wrist and bringing it back to her bulge.
“No, no, I do, that’s, yeah, I want that.”
“That’s what I thought.” Finding the button on her shorts you quickly have them loose around her hips, you don’t bother pulling them down. Instead you splay your hand across her abdomen, slowly sliding it to the waistband of her boxers before you pause.
Admittedly, you liked to tease Jessie, get her worked up until she was thrusting into the air, until she was begging, you liked watching her lose her composure. Just as she was now, her breathing was becoming labored as your fingertips brushed her waist, being so close yet what felt like miles away from where she wanted your touch. You could see the muscles along her abdomen, pelvis, and thighs all twitch at the slightest movement.
What really gave away her eagerness was the slow growing wet spot on her boxers. You let your thumb drop to it, feeling the outline of her head through the fabric. Jessie nearly moans at the indirect touch.
“Maybe I should just make you cum in your shorts.” Halfheartedly threatening her, you increase the pressure of your hand.
“You know it wouldn’t take much.”
“I know.” It was satisfying having this power over her. Moving away from the head you let your hand cup her, dragging your fingertips softly over her length. “Lucky for you, I’m not going to.”
You finally breach the waistband of her shorts and are met with the instant heat of her skin. Grasping her, you pull her cock out, shimmying down her shorts and boxers so they rested around her knees. You let out a sigh of satisfaction seeing her, pre cum already flowing from her tip.
Wetting your hand with your own spit you firmly grab the base of her erection and begin slowly pumping your hand along the length.
“Remember the first one I gave you?” You say, pleased with yourself when Jessie’s face flushes a deeper red.
“Yeah, yeah I do.” She drops her head back as you begin to give special attention to her head, your thumb continuing to tease where her precum continued to leak. “How could I forget that?”
You smile thinking back to it. It had been early on in your friends with benefits agreement. It was a media day, instead of being dressed in training gear, the team had been outfitted by a luxury clothing brand. You specifically had been dressed in a lower cut, form fitting top. Jessie, outfitted in rather tight dress pants, had been sporting a less than subtle erection that whole afternoon. She’d made comments in passing about how you looked, so when the day was over the two of you waited, you let the locker room clear out, the staff go home and then finally when it was just the two of you, you'd both climbed into your car, and with one hand you drove home, and the other you made Jessie a whimpering mess in your passenger seat. You were pretty sure there was still a small, but noticeable stain on the seat.
Coming back to reality you realized your hand had gone still on Jessie’s dick, instead of complaining, she’d simply begun thrusting into your fist. When your eyes meet hers she apologizes briefly.
“Sorry, I just, your hand feels good.” The movement of her hips doesn’t stop, but it slows slightly.
“Be my guest, if you want to get off in my hand that’s cool, I was going to offer elsewhere but.” You teasingly mention and Jessie’s hips stop, the head of her cock just barely through the O formed by your thumb and forefinger.
“Elsewhere?” Her hands come to grab your hips. She spins you in her grip and takes a few steps, encouraging you to move forward until your hips meet your kitchen counter. One hand moves to splay against your back, pushing you to bend over the counter. Her other hand finds your ass, before sliding between your thighs. With three fingers she firmly presses against your clothed lips. “Elsewhere, like here?”
“Exactly.” You try to not let on to how much her movement has impacted you. The timid, quiet, gentle Jessie that the public knew, was different from the controlling, dominant, and unabashed Jessie that you got in the bedroom, or the kitchen. She wasn’t always like this, just when she’d been worked up, or had a rough day, when she was high strung, that’s when you got the other side of her.
Jessie hums behind you, her fingers still between your thighs, putting pressure where you were most sensitive, you let out a breath against the granite as she starts to circle her fingers.
“You’re going to make me ruin my shorts.” You complain.
“Hmm, maybe that would be fair considering I’m going home in stained boxers,”
“Jess.”
“Okay, okay.” Obliging you, she quickly pulls down your shorts and panties.
“Stay like that.” And then her footsteps are walking away. A short moment later she returns and you hear an all too familiar rustling. She’d gotten a condom. Going against her direction you prop on your forearms and turn to look at her.
“You know,” you pause, looking at Jessie and then down to the foil wrapped in her hand, “technically, that’s doing nothing.” You point at the condom.
“Huh?” She looks up at you, still looking scattered, her burgeoning erection clearly borrowing the blood from her brain.
“I’m pregnant, the condom isn’t preventing that anymore.” You explain watching Jessie continue to stare at you, cheeks flushed, mouth slightly agape. When she doesn’t move, you continue.
“So, if you don’t want to wear it, don’t, it’s literally providing nothing.” It was true, you were already pregnant, not like it had even prevented that in the first place. You were clean, Jessie was clean, it helped that you frequently got tested, as did she, you knew there wasn’t any risk just seeing each other.
“Oh, you mean,” she stammers over her words as she glances down to where your core ached for her. Gone was her dominant personality, replaced by an unsure, meek Jessie. “I mean, that’s up to you.” She says. “It’s just a habit, I don’t mind.”
“Yeah, but it feels better without it, right?” You cock your head toward her.
“Uh, yeah I mean it supposed to, so probably.” Jessie scratches the back of her neck, suddenly avoiding eye contact with you.
“You’ve never tried it?” You were a little shocked, Jessie had been adamant about protection, but you were surprised that she hadn’t been more careless in her younger years.
“No. I haven’t. I just have always used a condom, except the one time when we got carried away,” she begins wildly gesturing, a sign she’s flustered “but that wasn’t even, I didn’t even go all the way in, so technically, sure, because of that instance, but also no, never more than just what we did, so, no, I haven’t tried it.”
Her rambling was cute, you had to admit to yourself. The way she got flustered and tripped over her words, the way she’d blink quicker than normal, it was charming.
“Do you want to?”
“Want to what?” She looks confused. Sometimes you wondered how she was so smart.
“Fuck me without it.” You lift up from the countertop enough to reach the foil out of her hand. You place it back on the countertop and return to bending over.
Taking a step closer to you, Jessie’s hands find your hips. She pushes them gently, angling your hips to present yourself better to her. “Are you sure?”
Turning your head over your shoulder you reach back blindly before you find her cock, grasping it and pulling her slightly to encourage her to step forward, until her blunt head is at your entrance. “I’m sure.”
Not needing to be reassured any further, Jessie runs the tip of her cock across your lips, mixing her precum with your arousal. She gives a few short thrusts across your clit that have you dropping your head to your forearms in pleasure.
When you feel her at your entrance again, you turn back to watch her. Slowly she begins to press into you.
“Oh, oh.” Jessie pauses, her hips stuttering before she’s even fully inside of you. A wave of satisfaction rushes over you, watching how easily she was falling apart. Her eyes were shut, her grip on your hips tight. Her head falls forward as she bottoms out inside of you.
Admittedly the feeling wasn’t much different to you. The heat from her cock was the main difference, it was a different feeling of closeness and connection. It was also beyond satisfying to see how weak Jessie had become from the new sensation.
It’s a second before she opens her eyes and looks at you with a half apologetic and half embarrassed smile.“Fuck, you can’t make fun of me for this.” She shakes her head.
“For what?”
“For how fast this is going to be over.” She mutters before picking up her pace, thrusting herself fully into you.
Jessie pulls out so that just the tip remains inside of you.
“Hang on.” You hear her say, prompting you to turn over, seeing her taking a deep breath. Her eyes are half closed, her bottom lip pulled tight between her teeth. Between your bodies was her cock, still standing firmly, shining in the light with your wetness.
“Don’t.” She holds up a finger to you, silencing the snarky comment on your tongue. Instead you just give her a knowing look, pride building as you look at how weak you’d made her.
“Good then?”
“Almost too good.” She says as she drops to her knees her hands on the backs of your thighs. “I can’t leave you hanging.”
Her hand taps on the inside of your thigh, encouraging you to widen your stance. Not wasting time, her mouth is between your legs. You curse into the counter as her lips wrap themselves around your clit and her tongue circles it softly. Your fingers that usually find purchase in Jessie's hair could only claw at the stone as she teased you. “Jess, please.”
Releasing your clit her tongue made its way to your entrance, teasing around it before she dipped the tip inside of you, a satisfied hum coming from her. You could hear the sounds of her tongue lapping at your pooling arousal, switching between burying her tongue inside your tunnel and tracing around it. Jessie was never one to rush pleasing you. Being between your legs and making you weak in the knees always had her aching.
Deciding to finally give you what you needed, Jessie moved back to your clit, her lips forming a light suction around the nerves while her tongue painted flat stroked across it. It was simple, but she knew it was exactly what you needed. And by the noises you made, she smiled against your slick skin in satisfaction.
Confirming her suspicion, your legs began to quiver with each brush of her tongue. The pleasure building in your stomach as she brought you closer to the edge. You grit your teeth at the overwhelming feeling, teetering on the edge for a moment before crashing over it. Slamming your eyes shut, you let out a moan, your hands in tight fists as your legs nearly gave out underneath you.
Panting you crack one eye open when you feel the warmth of Jessie’s mouth leave. She plants a few kisses to your thighs and ass as she stands up from where she had been kneeling. You catch her quickly rubbing her knees in discomfort.
“You know, you could've asked for a pillow, or I would’ve moved to the couch.”
“I’m fine, plus having you bent over for me is very hot.” She bends down again, one hand pushing the hem of your shirt up your back. Her mouth comes and follows the fabric leaving a trail of kisses upward. “Take this off hmm?” She mumbles into your skin. Half standing up your hands help her to remove your shirt and bra, her hands immediately cup your breasts.
Her thumbs each flick over your nipples causing you to arch into her hands. “Sorry, they’re a bit more sensitive than normal.”
“No complaints from me, let me know if it’s too much.” Her left hand reminds you of your chest, playing with your hardened nipple. Her right hand falls between her own legs, grasping her still hard cock and giving it a few pumps.
She lines up for the second time that afternoon, this time fully thrusting into you in one smooth motion. You sighed at the feeling of being filled with her again. Your walls are still aroused and sensitive from the orgasm you swear you could feel her better.
The drag of her inside of you as she thrust felt indescribably different, in an amazing way. You loved feeling the definition of her inside of you. You loved feeling how her head would stretch you out just slightly more before she'd thrust back into you.
As she had predicted, it wasn’t long before her thrusts started coming quickler, becoming shallower. Her small grunts turn into nearly growls with each motion. She bends over, covering more of your body with hers while also pulling you up slightly using the hand that remained on your chest.
“Oh fuck.” Her breath is hot on your ear. “I’m so close. You feel so fucking good.” She plants a kiss on your neck before pushing you back to the hard surface. Both of her hands now finding a resting place on your hips
Instead of thrusting into you, she pulls at your hips, sliding you back onto her. She leaves you full for a second before pushing you forward again. The subtle drag of your nipples on the cool countertop has you nearly squirming out of her grip.
“I’m gonna to cum.” You feel her forehead rest between your shoulder blades, she slows her thrusts ever so slightly. “Where do you want me to,” her voice strained as she asks, realizing you hadn't clarified if she was still supposed to pull out.
Cutting her off, you drop your head to your forearms “Inside,” you moan before adding, “please.”
Jessie doesn’t ask twice. Her fingers adjust their grip and she pushes you impossibly harder into the countertop. Snapping her hips into you at a relenting pace you can’t help but whine into your arms. Still sensitive from your earlier orgasm, her sharp, deep motion has your thighs beginning to shake.
“Mmm, oh my god.” She breathlessly huffs behind you. Her pace quickens, short and rough thrusts before she buries herself completely into you with a chesty groan. She bends down, her body engulfing yours on the countertop. Her mouth meets your shoulder, biting the flesh there in an attempt to muffle her sounds. You can feel the way her cock twitches inside of you and then you feel the warmth. She pulses a few times, draining herself into you before she lifts her chest from your back.
“Oh my god.” When you turn, she looks dumbfounded. “Sorry about that.” She gently rubs her fingers over the redness of her teeth marks sat on your shoulder.
You push yourself up from the counter and Jessie steps back, letting her softening cock slip out of you. All too pleased with yourself, you turn ready to gloat. “So I’m guessing, it feels pretty good without the condom.”
“Yeah.” Jessie pushes loose hairs from her forehead, attempting to tame them. “Pretty fucking good.”
You bring your hand between your legs, feeling the mixture of both of your cum. You bring your fingers up to look at. You’d seen it before, when you're given her handjobs, or when you’ve used your mouth on her, but something about knowing she’d finished inside of you, that in a way she’d claimed you, that had your stomach turning.
For a second you look back at Jessie and have the urge to grab her face and put your lips on hers. You want to kiss her.
But you don’t, you couldn’t. So instead you bring your fingers to your mouth and suck them clean with a slightly exaggerated moan.
Jessie shakes her head and looks down at her dick. “Keep that up and I’ll be ready to go again.”
“You’re always ready to go again.” You tease, leaning over to trace the shell of her ear with your tongue. “You’re always so hard for me.” As you reach to play with her, in anticipation for round two, your phone rings on the counter.
“Oh, fuck!” You hiss, seeing your Mom’s name across your ringing phone. “Fuck, fuck.” You quickly grab it, answering.
“Hi Mom.” You look across to Jessie who’s still standing naked in your kitchen, eyes now wide as she watches you on the phone. “Yeah, yeah, I’ll be there, I got out of training late, I still have to shower, but I’ll be there.” You quickly say goodbye to your Mom before hanging up and looking sheepishly at Jessie.
“I guess that’s my cue to get out of here.” Jessie says, you can sense a bit of disappointment on her face and in her voice.
“Yeah, I’m sorry, I completely forgot my mom, she’s in town, I’m supposed to be getting her from the airport and we’re going to dinner.”
“Oh. Are you going to tell her, you know, about,” she points a finger to your stomach.
You scratch the back of your neck. “Uh, I don’t know. I really hadn't thought about it.”
“That’s up to you.” Jessie shrugs
“No, we're not doing that anymore. I know I said there wasn’t an ‘us’ and there isn’t not in a relationship way, but there’s an ‘us’ in a, we both are parents to this baby, way.” You sigh as you grab your bra. “So, if you don't want her to know yet, I’ll wait.”
“I’m good either way, just tell me what you decide.” Jessie says as she holds out your panties and shorts out to you, squatted down to help you put them on.
You oblige her and step into the shorts. “You know I don't need this kind of help yet, maybe once I’m 9 months along and can’t see my feet.”
“I know.” Jessie says as she pulls them to your hips, your hands find hers and helps adjust the fabric to fit just right. “But it's good practice.” She smiles her face an inch from yours. The urge hits you again. You want your lips on hers. You can’t help but look at her lips, your eyes catch on the freckle on her bottom lip before you look back up to her. You're not sure if she noticed but Jessie is watching you with a new intensity.
Her tongue peaks out, wetting her bottom lip before she clears her throat and breaks away from her stare. “I’ll uh, see you tomorrow.” She turns, sliding her shoes on at the door. You can’t tell for sure but you're convinced she has a renewed blush across her cheeks. “Let me know if you need anything, let me know how your mom is, tell her I say hello.”
“I will, goodnight Jess, text me when you get home safe.”
She closes the door behind you and you try to push the thought of kissing her from your mind as you hurry to get ready to pick up your Mom. “It's just the hormones, just the hormones.” you repeated under your breath, over and over, as you wandered through the house. If you could convince yourself it was just the pregnancy brain, you could manage, but deep down, you could feel it was more than just pregnancy hormones.
It’s coming! It’s a little bit lighter/less angsty than the past chapters have been and also I think is going to have some smut but I’m not sure on that.
I loved your most recent chapter. Thanks for sharing with us. And I hope the worst of your move is behind you.
I also kind of had to laugh - your stories are so much more mature than mine haha. Just a more mature tone. Dynamics. Depth. More realistic (minus G!P stuff obviously). Mine are so indulgent and fantasy-like, which obviously is what I like to write and there’s a place for both styles, but I just had to share the passing observation. My own perspective anyway!
That’s of no consequence, just wanted to share my stream of consciousness 😆 Thanks again for keeping the tag alive and sharing your work! And fingers crossed you’ll have more time to write soon.
Glad you liked it!
I agree I definitely fall into the less fantasy and more “realistic” side of things, I honestly think it’s because I just rely on my own life to give me inspiration. I wouldn’t consider myself super “creative” in the way of coming up with unique/new ideas. I find it easiest to write off of real experiences.
Believe me the indulgent and fantasy-like fics are definitely my favorite to read. But definitely an interesting observation that I really hadn’t given too much thought to before.
I can’t thank you enough for also keeping the Jessie tag alive, I love Orbit so much.
Do you think there’s something going on between Jessie and Jayden Perry?
Not necessarily, no.
Unless there’s something I’m missing, I know Jayden mentioned they’re travel roommates but that doesn’t lead me to believe anything is happening there. It doesn’t seem to me that they hang out too often outside of “work” just based on social media, Jayden seems to hang more with the Arnold, Turner, Spaanstra (when she was there) group.
That’s not to say they aren’t friends or don’t hang out, they seem friendly but nothing I’ve seen makes me think there’s something else going on in private.
I know 😭 I haven’t been this upset about anyone else leaving since Jessie (I would’ve been more upset about Sam and Guro but them coming to Gotham where I can see them softened the blow)
Synopsis: you and Jessie had agreed to a noncommittal, no strings attached, friends with benefits situation. What you hadn’t planned on was having a baby together. You finally tell Jessie about the baby.
Warnings: angsty, some yelling and screaming, R being an ass, Jessie being an ass, mentions of abortion
A/N: hi, I’ve finally moved (and by moved I mean everything is physically moved, everything is in boxes, I can’t find anything I own, i keep wearing and washing the same 3 shirts, I never want to move again.) work is still kicking my ass, but hopefully I’ll be able to get this updated a little bit more regularly. I also didn’t intend so many people to enjoy this story, that being said, I’m sort of winging it on where I’m taking the story line. As always if you have ideas or suggestions on how to take this story, I’m more than happy to hear them and do my best to incorporate them!
You took the next day off, texting Paul that you weren’t feeling well and wouldn’t be in, for him to relay the message to the rest of the staff.
It wasn’t the most professional, but it’s what you could manage.
You’d barely slept, tossing and turning all night, feeling nauseated and then terrified. Watching the minutes and then the hours tick by you knew you couldn’t go to training.
You finally emerged from your bed, moving to the couch where you continued to stare at the ceiling. You were stuck between trying to convince yourself this was real, and trying to convince yourself it wasn’t.
The couch consumed you as you laid motionless. You could hear your phone vibrating on the kitchen counter, likely your teammates checking in on you, probably at least a message from Jessie. You ignored them, only communicating with Paul and the coaching staff.
The thought of Jessie brought on a new wave of nerves. It wasn’t just you in this situation, she was, unknowingly, involved. You needed to tell her, you would. Tomorrow.
Tomorrow quickly became two days later, then three, then four. Four days you remained cooped up in your home, claiming you weren’t feeling well to Paul who had just become increasingly worried with time.
Paul: Please come in, even if it’s after hours when no one is here.
Paul: I haven’t shared anything with anyone yet, it’s not my place, but everyone is worried about you.
You’d simply responded saying you weren’t ready, not yet. Would you ever be ready, probably not, but for now you could take more time. He continued to text as the days went on
Paul: Just a fair warning, sounds like the girls are planning to drop off a get well basket.
Paul: Call me please.
Within those texts from Paul, were other messages from teammates, all wondering if you were okay. A couple of them offer to make grocery runs for you, picking up anything you might need to feel better.
And then there were messages from Kylie.
Kylie 🌪️: Hope you’re feeling better, give me a call if you need anything.
Kylie 🌪️: What’s up with you? I’ve never seen you take off 2 days.
Kylie 🌪️: stomach flu seems like some bullshit
Kylie 🌪️: Paul’s being weird about it too..
Kylie 🌪️: did you fail your doping?
Kylie 🌪️: Call me please, or I’ll show up there.
And then of course, the ones from Jessie.
A couple from the first day you were “sick”.
Jessie: Had fun last night, go again this afternoon after recovery?
Jessie: Hey sorry, ignore that, I didn’t realize you were sick and out today. Hope you’re feeling better!
A couple from the days following.
Jessie: Out again? Must be bad, let me know if you need anything.
Jessie: Hey are you alright? Paul said you’re just sick, but you’re responding to him but no one else?
Jessie: Are you alive?
Jessie: You’re not leaving the club are you? Your contract isn’t up yet.
It was now four days since you found out. Four days since you’d been in the facility, four days since you learned you were growing another human, four days since everything you knew and had imagined for your life was thrown out the window.
Four days since you’d started hiding from everyone, including Jessie. But you couldn’t anymore. So she was on her way over, you’d sent a vague text encouraging her to come to your place.
You thought your heart stopped when you finally heard the knock on your door. She was here. You were frozen, the room so quiet all you heard was the ticking of the wall clock behind you before the pounding on the door came again along with the sound of Jessie calling your name through the wood.
Pushing up from where you were sitting you drag your suddenly very heavy feet across the floor and to the door, trying to relax yourself as your hand reaches the doorknob.
“Hey, how are you?” Jessie asks, giving you a once over with her eyes as you open the door. You do the same to her.
Her curls are held stable by a black baseball hat, her cheeks slightly pink, likely from her bike over to your place. She’s wearing one of your favorite shirts and the shorts that shape her thighs and ass perfectly. If she’d come over under any other circumstances, you’d be pulling both pieces of clothing off of her the second the door closed.
“You need to wear a helmet.” It was something you’d harped on her for years. She was too smart and talented to risk a serious head injury, but she continued to bike without one.
“I know.” She quickly changed the subject. “So are you feeling better? Ready to come back to the real world with the rest of us?”
You nod and wave her in, not able to bring yourself to lie to her anymore. “I just needed to talk to you.”
“Oh.” She follows you through the door, toeing off her shoes and entering the kitchen behind you. She doesn’t say anything else yet, you don’t expect her too. Jessie was one to go quiet in moments of uncertainty or unease. You’d imagine she was feeling a bit of both.
You stand in the kitchen, your hands fiddling with your water bottle that rested on the counter. You felt nauseous again, knowing you were about to completely turn your teammate and your friend’s life upside down. “I don’t even know how to, how to explain, everything.”
She nods, you can feel her staring at you. When you don’t speak for a while she dips her head to look at you. “Are you okay? What’s doing on?”
Tears begin to well, a feeling you’ve become all too familiar with in the past few days. “Jessie, it’s, I’ve just been, uh,” you stutter, trying to get words out. You bite your bottom lip hard, trying to will away the tears and compose yourself. “I uh,” Before you can finish Jessie interrupts.
“What is that?” She points and your stomach drops. You don’t even have to ask what she’s looking at based on where her gaze was locked behind you. Her face now a paler shade than it was minutes ago.
She’d seen the ultrasound. No fault but your own, you laid it out, along with the test, with the intention of showing her, after you told her.
Panic sets in and your can’t think of the right words, or any words as she abandons her place in the kitchen and walks over to your table. Delicately she lifts the photo. You feel frozen as you watch her eyes rapidly scan across the image.
“What is this?” Jessie obviously knew what she was holding between her now less than steady hands. She looks between you and the photo a couple of times, picking up the test as well. Your throat is dry.
You can’t meet her eyes and you can’t bring yourself to tell her. Your glazed over stare at the floor and the way your hands pick at the hem of your shirt tells Jessie exactly what she is looking at.
“Your name is on it.” She mumbles. “You’re pregnant.”
The words fall heavy between the two of you. Neither of you move, the silence hurting your ears. This wasn’t how this was supposed to go.
“Is it, is it mine?” She points at your stomach and your eyes catch the way her hand is still shaking. “The baby?”
The audacity of the questions snaps you from your stare at the floor. It also breaks loose the flood of frustration and fear you’d been holding in for days. You take a few pointed steps in Jessie direction.
“Seriously?” You run your fingers across your forehead before throwing your hands up. “Of course it’s fucking yours, God what do you think I’m doing, just fucking a bunch of people? We had an agreement Jessie, I’m not sleeping with anyone else, so yeah it’s your baby!”
Jessie looks shocked by your outburst. “Why are you yelling at me?”
“Because I don’t know what to do!” The overwhelming weight of the situation finally collapses on you as you let out a mangled sob. “and I’m so, I’m so fucking scared.” You sniffle, you were so sick of crying. “I just, I’m sorry.”
You move to sit at the table, your forehead resting on the wood as tears puddle on the wooden surface beneath. Behind you, Jessie opens a cabinet behind you before she brings a glass of water over to you. She leaves again, coming back with a box of tissues.
“I’m sorry.” You choke out between gasps for air. Not sure if you were apologizing for the baby, for hiding it, or for yelling at her you just continue to mutter the words between gasps. She didn’t deserve to be yelled at, she didn’t deserve your unfiltered emotions, your panic, it wasn’t her fault. “I’m so sorry.”
She’s silent again, and then you hear the chair adjacent to you scape along the floor and Jessie seats herself. She doesn’t say anything, she hardly moves.
The tears continue to flow, your nose now stuffed forcing you to breathe through your mouth. You reach for a tissue, blowing your nose and for a second you think you can speak. “Jess,” you try to manage her name but it gets caught in your throat and comes out shaky, sending you back into a wracking sob.
You have no idea how long it’s been when your eyes feel like they’ve run dry. Was it a few minutes, was it an hour, you had no clue how long you cried and how long Jessie sat motionless at the table while you did.
When you’re finally able to calm down, you glance at Jessie. Her face resembles a level of calm that you’d not expect from someone who just learned they’d created a baby. She’s still holding the ultrasound between her fingers, her eyes trained on it. You imagine she’s in shock. Her eyes break their trance and flicker to you.
“God.” Jessie’s fingers push painfully into her eyes before she drags them down her cheeks, looking at you. “We were so careful.”
“I know.” You hardly have a voice, it’s raspy and sore.
“Even the one time we weren’t, we got you the pill.” She turns the test between her fingers again, as if it will change the result.
“I know.” You repeat yourself. “I’m so sorry.” You manage to sniffle out. Jessie sighs.
“It’s okay, I mean, it’s not, because holy shit.” She monotonously states. Jessie lets her head fall into her hands. “But, it’ll be okay, right?” She turns to look at you between her fingers.
“Are you trying to convince yourself or reassure me?” You turn your head against your forearms and look at her sideways.
A crack of a smile is across her face for a second before it drops and she shakes her head. “I don’t know.”
“When did you find out?” That was the thing you dreaded second most, right behind telling her you were pregnant, telling her how long you’d known and not told her.
You explain your past week to Jessie, the presumed failed doping test, the retest, the pregnancy test, almost fainting in the bathroom, Paul, hiding away in your apartment, all of it.
“Um, so have you thought about your choice?” You’d been waiting for her to ask, to clarify that you were even considering keeping the baby. It was the question that had kept you up almost every night.
On one hand you were young, only 25, your career was really starting to flourish. Having a baby would slow you down, put you out a season, maybe more. But on the other hand, you were young. You could bounce back easier, you still had plenty of quality years ahead of you even if you had to take a season or two off.
Not having the baby would let your career continue on as you envisioned it. There wouldn’t be the changes to your body, the constant wake ups in the night, the strollers, and the diaper bag, none of that would happen. You knew you could make it as if you were never pregnant, you had that choice.
If you had the baby, you’d lose time playing for the international team, but it also wasn’t a major tournament window, you would be missing friendlies. Quickly thinking about your teammates who had become mom’s you do the math. You could be back almost a year before serious World Cup prep even started.
You had always liked the idea of a family, a couple kids, a wife, but that wasn’t what this was. There was no wife, just a friend, no house, just your one bedroom apartment, you hadn’t planned or prepared anything. This wasn’t the vision you had, this was you, and a teammate you weren’t even in love with, creating an accident.
You laid awake, night after night, staring at your ceiling fan, hoping it would spell out the right choice for you. Of course after a couple hours you realized it couldn’t be anyone else’s decision, it had to be yours. Tossing and turning you curse yourself, occasionally Jessie, the universe as a whole for your situation. You still couldn’t believe that you were pregnant.
It was only yesterday that everything had become more real.
You’d woken up and realized you had no choice but to face this. You had gathered the courage to click on Paul’s messages, typing quickly before you could change your mind. Your thumbs shook slightly as they found the letters on the screen.
You: Can I come in this afternoon?
It was only seconds before he replied.
Paul: Of course, just me? Or team doctor too?
“Everyone’s done with treatment, a couple girls are upstairs finishing tactical review.” Paul says as he ushers you into the building using a side door. You were grateful for his discretion regarding the pregnancy. For now the less people who knew the better. He made his way to his office, closing the door behind you and locking it.
He gestured to the chairs and you plopped into it.
“How are you?” He had asked.
You almost scoffed at the question and Paul had held his hands up, “I know silly question, but seriously where’s your head at?”
You looked down, picking at the skin of your thumb as you felt tears begin to well in your eyes. “I’m not sure.” You could feel the tightness in your throat building with every fleeting second. “I don’t know what to do.”
“Are you considering continuing the pregnancy? Of course that’s entirely up to you, just asking.”
You glanced at him, his gaze was soft, gentle, as if you were an animal he was trying not to scare. You didn’t want to be looked at like that. Gazes of sympathy and pity were not something you wanted. Looking back at your hands you shrug. “Maybe.”
“Okay.” His voice held no judgement, but that didn’t make you any less terrified. “Did you talk to anyone about it?”
“No.”
“Do you want to? A teammate or family member maybe, is there anyone who should know?” He suggests.
“No, not until I know what I’m doing.” There was no reason to tell anyone if there wasn’t going to be a baby to tell them about. Especially your family, especially Jessie. No one needed to know.
“If you want, I can call in a favor to Dr. Stevens, you might remember her from the other girl’s pregnancies. She’s the OB, we can see if she can get you in for an ultrasound. If you want that, it can be helpful in the decision making process.”
You quickly sat on the table, knees bouncing as you stared intensely into the door, waiting for it to crack open. It had just been a few hours since you were sitting in Paul’s office and now here you were, naked from the waist down, waiting for the doctor to come back.
Dr. Stevens had been more than willing to get you into her office, offering you an appointment at the end of the day to talk about the options. She ran through each possibility with you, most of it going in one ear and out the other as you tried to nod along as if you were focused. Too many medical terms, too many contingencies, too many options, far too many decisions for you to rationalize in the state you were in.
Ultimately, you learned your options were limited by how far along you were which led you to now, sitting waiting for an ultrasound. An ultrasound that would tell you what you could do, what options you still had, an ultrasound that would tell you how long you’d been carrying a baby.
Everything felt off. The sterile room is too bright, too clean. The table you were sitting on, too high from the ground, too hot and too cold at the same time. The crinkling paper that you sat on was too loud, too scratchy. The posters on the wall showing the various growth stages of a baby and the one adjacent that showed dilation stages was too real.
There’s a soft knock on the door before it opens and Dr. Stevens was back in the room. “Ready?” She asked as she moved over to the ultrasound wand. Rolling a cover onto it and generously covering it in lube, your face must’ve given away your hesitation. “I promise it looks worse than it is, if you have any discomfort, please let me know.”
She inserted the wand and began clicking around on the monitor. Fixating on the tile above the exam table, you tried to think about anything else.
You tried to think about vacation, your family, anything, but all that came to mind was what your life would look like with a baby. What would your career become? Would you have a career? How would Jessie react? Would she even want you to have the baby?
You winced as she shifted the probe and it brought your mind back to reality as Dr. Stevens politely apologized, letting you know she’d be done soon. “Since we’re still exploring our options, do you want to see the screen?”
Then last night, you were laying sleepless again when a wave of nausea started to build, you moved to your bathroom, wetting a cold washcloth and scrubbing your face with it. “Fuck.” You braced yourself on the countertop and stared at yourself. You stared at the mirror, letting the room spin slightly around you.
When the wave passed you stood up adjusting your shirt slightly. Your eye caught the ultrasound photo that Dr. Steven’s had printed for you that afternoon. You stared at it for a second before turning back to the mirror and slowly lifting the hem of your shirt to your chest. You looked in the mirror first, looking at your stomach and then you looked down. You’re not sure if it was delusion from the week you’d had, your brain playing tricks on you convincing you there was something out of nothing, but you brought your hand to rest on your lower stomach.
It was silly really, placing your hand on what was hardly a baby yet in your uterus but it felt like more than that, especially after seeing the ultrasound. “Hi baby.” You whispered softly. It was that moment you’d decided, and that moment that you realized you needed to tell Jessie.
“Uh, yeah, I talked through it with the doctor, and thought about it, but I’m going to keep it.”
“Oh.” Jessie looked surprised for a moment and your stomach dropped. “So you’ve known for days and didn’t think I deserved to know?” Her voice has now changed from the sympathetic tone to one of frustration.
“It’s not that.” You tried to defend yourself. “It’s…” you can’t come up with the words, you’d hardly figured out your own thoughts, how could she expect you to explain yourself to her.
“Then what?” The expression on Jessie’s face was one of hurt and confusion.
“It didn’t feel like something I needed to worry you about if I didn’t even know if I was having the baby.” That was true, you’d hardly believed the news yourself until you saw the ultrasound. You hadn’t even made up your mind until you saw the ultrasound, there was no reason to tell her yet.
Throwing her hands up she continues to raise her voice. “I still deserved to know!” It wasn’t often Jessie had raised her voice at you, beyond on the pitch when the environment was loud and she had to communicate. You’d never seen her like this.
“Fuck you Jessie you don’t know what this feels like.” You yell back, you’re angry with her for demanding more, but beyond that you’re mad at yourself, for even allowing this situation to arise.
“You’re right, I don’t know what it feels like, I’ve never been pregnant, but fuck you for not telling me. I would’ve never hidden it from you, I deserved to know when you found out, I deserved to be part of this decision, I deserved to be at that appointment.”
“No, you didn’t!” You take another step toward her so you’re nearly face to face. You gesture at her body as you yell back. “Just because your stupid dick got me pregnant doesn’t mean shit. It’s my decision not yours!”
“I know that, I never said the choice wasn’t yours to make but it’s still my baby! I should be there for stuff like this!” She shakes the ultrasound. “I get you were still deciding, but if we’re,”
You cut her off before she can even finish her thought.
“This doesn’t have to be a ‘we’ Jessie, there isn’t an ‘we’ or an ‘us’. We were having casual, non committal sex and we created an accident. I have to deal with the consequences, not you. You can go on, the baby only impacts me.”
“You don’t get to make that decision for me, I get a say, that’s half my baby. That’s not fair!” The pink tint of her cheeks now becomes a deeper red as she argues with you.
“None of this is fair!” You’re screaming now, airing out your problems to your neighbors through the thin walls. “You think I wanted to put my career on pause right now? Do you think I want to be knocked up by someone I’m not even in love with?” You flail your arms in her direction. “Do you realize how humiliating this is, how embarrassing it is? People are going to know, they’ll have to know it’s yours. I’ll have to tell people, you knocked me up on accident. That’s so mortifying.”
You know you’ve said the wrong thing when you watch the anger dissolve from her features. Her angry, scrunched eyebrows suddenly relax, her clenched jaw now loose as her lips part slightly. Her shoulders slump and her arms cross in front of her body. The brown eyes you’ve been looking at gloss over and she takes a sharp breath. “I’m going to go.”
She turns her head toward the door momentarily and when she turns back there’s a tear running down her face. The anger leaves your system as fast as it entered. “Jessie.”
You step toward her, a hand reaching for her forearm. Jerking away Jessie takes a step back, clearing her throat before speaking. “I’m sorry that it being my baby is what’s making this mortifying, humiliating, and, what was it, oh yeah embarrassing for you.” She throws your own words back in your face.
“Jessie, that’s not what I meant.” You try to backtrack. You hadn’t meant it as a personal insult, you truely hadn’t.
“Doesn’t matter.” She’s now at the door slipping on her shoes. “I just need some space, I’ll text you tomorrow.”
She doesn’t give you the chance to rebut, she quickly slips out the door leaving you standing staring at the space she had just filled.
“Oh my goddd.” You throw your head back and huff at the ceiling. “Fuck.”
You will yourself away from the empty feeling that resides by the door and walk back to the couch. Laying down you can’t resist staring down at your stomach. There was nothing there visually, but your baby was there. Jessie’s baby also, not just yours, you reminded yourself. “That didn’t go great, did it?” You gently pat your lower abdomen.
Maybe it was the fight with Jessie, maybe it was you’d finally had almost a week to process, maybe it was seeing the ultrasound, but it suddenly felt real. It no longer felt like a dream, or a false reality you’d made up in your head. You were pregnant, 9 weeks pregnant, and you would be having a baby in half a year.
For the first time that week, the thought didn’t make you shake, it didn’t make you nauseous. You weren’t fully settled with the idea yet, but it was less terrifying.
Sliding your phone from your pocket you find Paul’s number and quickly type.
You: I’m ready to come back. I'll be in for training tomorrow.

Thank you 🎀 for the ideas, definitely helped with writing the next part, I’m hopefully finishing that up tonight/tomorrow morning and I’ll have it out!
Warning, it’s angsty, more so than I intended it to be
Gotham moving stadiums is so bittersweet, I’m happy they’ll get a better stadium with better facilities and hopefully better attendance with it being closer to NY.
But it means probably the end of me being able to attend games on a regular basis 😭 I used to justify the 3 hour round trip but a trip to the new stadium becomes almost 6 hours round trip.
Can someone please let me borrow a like $150million so I can start a team near me?
