I’ve been struggling with this lately, saying things like “i do like knitting, but i’m not very good at it...” or saying “i like video games, but only on easy mode...”

I need to shut that negative thinking DOWN because I don’t want or need to be the Best At Everything. It’s enough to just enjoy it for what it is, and it’s TOTALLY FINE to say out loud that you don’t want to get better. If anyone judges me for it, that’s their problem, not mine.
