I interpret Thistle as a minor when he stopped aging because of the earmuffs page in the extra materials so I think him being a minor is more canonically accurate (and adds to his themes of parentification and adultification)

I don’t really care that much if people headcanon him as an adult or age him up (it’s not super obvious he’s a minor, especially in the anime where they took out the line of Marcille calling him a child) as long as you don’t claim people who see him as a kid are ‘infantilising’ him. there’s strong canonical evidence that suggests he’s a minor, to the point it’s almost confirmation. we’re not just calling him a kid because he’s cute and short.

For anyone saying Grace (or Senshi) is too conventionally attractive to be a tumblr sexyman, I would like to remind the jury that in the early days of Tumblr, BBC Sherlock, Loki, and multiple iterations of the Doctor used to be some serious heavy-hitters in the Tumblr Sexyman department (just to name a few). Mass-appeal or being a human doesn't necessarily exclude a character from Sexyman status! I would argue it's much more important that they are Quirky, an Outsider of Society in some way, and at least a little bit Pathetic. Being non-human is just a bonus.

Ngl Senshi genuinely was the first human adjacent character in maybe ever that gave me something akin to body euphoria because I too am short and stout

Like his whole look is so attainable for me and he is beloved and seen as genuinely and extremely attractive by many, even by characters in the show itself so like
