He is obviously not a coward, seeing as he was in a war, so it's not likely that Cesar scared him away. Gathering from his other actions in the show, it would make him MORE determined to take the baby. There was no explanation for his absence, and there are no hints as to where he may be or why he isn't with Daya. So the question remains: Where is Bennett?
