if you’re hungry and don’t want your stomach to get noisy, drink zero calorie cola or monster, chew gum, drink hot tea/coffee, or a lot of water.
i always feel like the fattest in the room, doesn’t matter what size i am
i can’t wait until i look effortlessly skinny. like i can just walk around in shorts or a cute pajama set and it looks so natural and elegant because i finally did something right.
