You know it’s bad when you think 500cals for the day is a binge
Ive not been able to properly fast because I’m so weak rn but I feel so fat and bloated help
UPDATE: I fasted for 3 days!!! That’s the longest I’ve ever gone!
My older coworker just asked me “have you been losing weight again?” I said I wasn’t sure (I’ve defo been trying but haven’t had a chance to weigh myself yet) then she told me I need to stop and that was the best compliment/motivation ever even though I’m still fat asf

I fucked up
My mum took me out to eat today so I decided I would use it as a meta day but I binged and ate 1511 kcals. I ended up purging harder than I ever have, I’m shaking so much rn. I feel so much lighter now but I still deserve to be punished for it. I could really use some meanspo rn so feel free to leave some in the comments or message me with some

I’m back, again
I’ve maintained my lowest weight but I’m going to lose another 14kg at least so I’m starting with a 2 day water fast to get my ass back into gear, I’ll give updates on progress soon! <3 -K.Liz
New new rules
So since I’ve fallen out of my last set of rules for a few months I’ve decided to make a new, easier to follow set of rules for getting back on track
-rule 1: limit 1000 calories a day, go down by 50 every 2 weeks
-rule 2: drink at least 1 ltr of water a day if not more
-rule 3: steps alone have to burn at least 250 calories a day + workouts to burn a further 100+
-rule 4: measure waist every other night, weigh in at least once a week
-rule 5: black coffee for breakfast every morning

It’s been a while but I’m finally back!
After a while I started getting called out on my ana habits but I’ve still maintained the weight loss and I’m down to 60kgs! Summer is approaching and I need to lost a good 5 kilos in the next 2 months, any tips?
Low cal foods that aren’t just cucumber
Pickled onions- I know they sound gross but they only have 5 cals per onion and the vinegar works as a laxative!
Lollipops- A lot of lollipops are pretty low cal and are super good for when you’re craving sugar
Fizzy drinks/sodas- Almost every sugar free soda is low cal and the carbonation is super filling
Soups- soups are such a great meal, low cal, pretty filling, tasty and cheap! Quick tip - a liquid diet (drinks, soup, etc.) still really helps with weight loss, even if it’s medium-high cal.
.~New Rules~.
-Don't go over 15g of sugar a day
-Limit 800kcals a day- decrease by 50 every two weeks if not every week
-Drink AT LEAST 1.5Ls of water a day
-Do at least 25 sit-ups a day, aim for 50+
-Limit carbs and dairy:
~1 serving of dairy a day
~limit 3 servings of carbs a day
-look at thinsp0 at least once a day
-take vitamins and fat metboliser pils
-weigh in once a week and at every other opportunity
Tips that aren't spoken about enough
Take raspberry ketone tablets. I take 2 a day and they've made a good bit of difference
Take care of your hair, teeth, skin and nails. people forget about ow much EDs affect these things
Don't forget about your steps, if you et plenty of steps in, workouts aren't that important.
SLEEP Last of all, take care of yourself and be careful <3
I'm so happy rn, I feel so motivated in everything I am doing atm. I've cleaned my room, done loads of "meal" prep, and got caught up with schoolwork I was behind on. My collarbones are protruding more everyday and I've gone down two skirt sizes for my school uniform <3 not sure about my weight rn but I feel like it's all working
