Tenna for Tumblr Sexyman 2026!
(please consider voting for him, I worked very hard on this drawing)
Some reasons to vote for Tenna:
He made a huge cultural impact online, spawning many AU's, fanfiction, fanart, ASMR Videos, a dating sim fangame and much more! People are feral for this TV!
He's middle aged, past his prime and terrified of becoming obsolete (so we must show him that he's loved!)
He's bad with modern technology and doesn't even know what an e-mail is
He is a deeply flawed, relatable comfort character for many
He'd be the FIRST object head to win the contest!
He is canonically queer
He canonically whines when he's asking for a walk
He introduced a lot of people to wireplay and contributed a lot to the entire robo smut genre (a lot of new tags exist solely because of him)
He is around 15 feet tall and can shrink to the size of an ant ("Tall enough to be a giant, handsome, apron- wearing older husband, and small enough so he can be like a glooby, cute pet that can be kept in a cage.")
He was originally supposed to look more like an Ant and had four arms in his early concept drawings
He'd do ANYTHING to entertain you and is desperate for validation
He has abandonment issues and deeply misses his ex who also happens to be a tumblr sexyman
He's emotionally unstable and has rapid moodswings
He would definetly cry and be depressed for weeks if he lost the contest
He's a single dad who loves his daughter
He is traumatized and just wants to be loved
Vote for Tenna here if you love TV!

shadow milk and pure vanilla are so perfect for eachother it's not even funny. i don't care how they end up but god i NEED THEM to have a relationship where they can interact atleast neutrally
shadow milk believes cookiekind is inherently evil. pure vanilla believes cookiekind is inherently good. They are both exceptions to this rule. Shadow Milk is always GOOD and JUSTIFIED, because Cookiekind is always BAD. Pure Vanilla is always BAD and LESSER, because Cookiekind is always GOOD.
Shadow Milk bases his identity off of revenge. Pure Vanilla bases his identity off of compassion. Shadow Milk is always going to be VIOLENT because he is nothing without it. Pure Vanilla is always going to be SELF SACRIFICING, because he is nothing without it.
They are the only solution to eachother. These character flaws can only be changed when confronted with the direct opposing view and given the space to look outside their perspective- something Pure Vanilla can certainly do, and Shadow Milk can.. theoretically do.
they just need that space BABHWHAHAJJSJDV
viriking is a terrible paradox in both that it's the purest variety of canonish shadowvanilla's dynamic but also in a neutral setting where they have all the chances in the world to be cute and adorable, and also that it is the most evil version of shadowvanilla because at the same time all of viri's affection can be easily washed away with one negative thought and all of shadow milk's change can be easily disregarded because he is going to die, soon, so what is the point?
I believe that Shadow Milk isolating Pure Vanilla wasn't just so he could have him to himself but also so Pure Vanilla could be as lonely as he is
It's a manipulation strategy often seen in unhealthy relationships (and cults), because isolating someone from friends and family who care about them makes them wholly dependent on you for their social needs. The strategy tends to change depending on both the person attempting it, sometimes painting the loved ones as bad people who are jealous or who talk badly about the target behind their back, sometimes making the target feel as though they are burdening others by depending on them, or sometimes just insisting that since the manipulator themselves doesn't like the other loved ones, that the target shouldn't associate with them any longer. In regards to Shadownilla, while control does play a part in Shadow Milk's manipulation, I think a part of it is also insecurity. If Pure Vanilla has his fellow ancients, his kids, Black Raisin, the Cream Republic reps and others flocking around him, then he doesn't NEED Shadow Milk. Not like Shadow Milk obviously feels like HE needs Pure Vanilla.
The fascinating aspect of Shadownilla is the way Shadow Milk reacted when his manipulations failed, and yet Pure Vanilla didn't reject him and wanted to help ease his pain and loneliness instead. Dude literally fell apart when he realized that he couldn't exert control over Pure Vanilla and their relationship, choosing to see Pure Vanilla's compassion as mere pity, and has been on a rage-quest ever since.
Also the CRK fandom as a community has not felt the same since episode 15

Oh I know Shadow Milk was so mad when he realized he was in love with Pure Vanilla 😭
If the spire if Shadow Milk's body does that mean Pure Vanilla has been inside Shadow Milk

shadow milk's longing to connect with the witches again permeates everything he does its not even funny
i would go so far as to say he's never even hated them - felt negatively towards, yes, but most of his performance as the beast of deceit has always been a matter of not just lying to others but to Himself about the way he's feeling at a given moment, so to swallow Crushing Abandonment down with a false bravado & prattling on about an intent to kill them when he Absolutely does not have the will to do so is definitely not off the table
what's become evident through pure vanilla's POV in kaleidoscope of the void is that the witches vanished at Basically the Worst Possible Time for the fount, wherein the public's innocent curiosity about cookiekind's nature had curdled into the first question the fount could not answer - be it because he did not know, or because he could not will himself to do so single-handedly - and in the absence of the ability to get a direct answer, this became a point of existentialism for all parties. what do you do when Knowledge itself does not know how to handle a question?
that's why i treat said question as the likely root cause of early earthbread's especially self-destructive tendencies, but in the fount's case his own disillusionment was not because of the nature of the question itself, but because the witches suddenly weren't around to provide an answer (or insight into how to handle a negative reception to one). the fount's unmet call for help left him in a state of confusion and despair - then curiosity and experimentation. lies initially meant to tide over a group of cookies (who were already intent on destroying themselves, regardless of his answer) became deliberate goading;
because if his struggling is not enough to get their attention, then what about a cookie lesser than him?
equal to him?
what about a whole continent's worth of suffering?
and now, thousands of years later, with the revelation that the punishment he once thought they brought on from the sidelines in response was instead at the hands of another cookie, shadow milk's behavior in act 2 escalating to the point it has - a despair-induced, self-destructive pattern that has been amplified to its worst possible extreme by the ultimate dough - would make enough sense all on its own... but also, with each new snippet of info we get about his grand plan to become "the god and messiah of earthbread", the more it starts to sound like a last-ditch effort in the hopes that by following the literal creation myth - something that the fount was likely taught by the witches and internalized early into his existence - that starting earthbread over from scratch will finally force the witches to come back, because that is what they are destined to do. that's how their story has to play out.
so like, all this just makes me wonder what the fuck they're attempting to cook on the side with This
"You see, a certain catastrophe happened 500 years ago, and after that, she cut off all ties with me."
