I keep having dreams where I’m back in high school and it sucks so bad. my whole dream last night was me having a panic attack bc I forgot to ask my mom for more break money for 2 weeks in a row and I was so thirsty lol

Next time I go to my doctor I need to bring up the fact that I could possibly have some sort of nervous system issue

Like I’ve just been doing research about my constant pain and tiredness and, while I’m not saying I have this, I feel like I need to bring up the possibility of fibromyalgia and things along those lines bc things like that fit every symptom I have to a t (constant pain and stiffness, tired all the time even if I sleep a full 12 hours, very sensitive to pain from things that should not hurt at all, etc) and I get that pins and needles feelings in my arms and legs and get weak in my hands A LOT which could be linked to a nerve problem I think

Another thing I need to bring up is hypermobility since I feel that’s also a possibility for all the joint pain since my sister is hypermobile (and possibly has heds), tho since I’m not even remotely hypermobile in any of the joints they test to diagnose it other than maybe my knees I fear that won’t go anywhere

Anyway sorry just typing my thoughts out so I remember them better bc I’m laying in bed and can’t talk to my mom about it lol

Something that needs to be realized by everyone is

“it IS possible to stop being a bigot at any age, changing for the better is always possible and you should strive for this”

and

“if you were vocally at any point in your life, ESPECIALLY if you are an internet personality or celebrity who’s actions are forever eternalized online, no one from the minority you were bigoted towards is required to forgive you or be comfortable around you/things you make no matter how long it’s been or how much you’ve claimed to change”

are two things that can and do coexist

Like it’s possible to go from being a racist homophobic antisemitic teenager to an adult who genuinely regrets ever being a bigot but that doesn’t mean every black/queer/jewish person has to pretend you never called them a slur. You changing doesn’t erase the trauma someone else experienced
