I've never hurt either of my cats while trimming their nails, yet unsurprisingly both of em hate it.

Uggh the air is so bad right now because of wildfire smoke. There’s a thick haze in the air. I feel awful for all the people working outside, and especially the animals that can’t get away from this.

But my area also isn’t actively burning so I feel bad complaining. I feel worse for everyone in the way of the wildfires. The world didn’t have to be like this.

Okay yeah receiving art during art fight is fantastic, instant mood booster. But it’s equally as fun to surprise people with a drawing and getting that excited comment afterward. That fuels me.

Not to sound like a fuckin hippie but please for the love of god start noticing and appreciating the natural world around you. You don’t have to go hike the entire Appalachian trail or anything and I get that not everyone has access to the outdoors for various reasons, but just fucking … look around you when you’re outside. Notice the sky and the sun and the birds and creatures. Start caring about them. I’m begging you.

For anyone that works in a place that has a consistent loop of music: do you have one or a few songs that just inexplicably make you angry? Like you can’t pinpoint WHY the song annoys you, but it just brings your mood down every time it plays.

Oh suuure, I have no trips or anything to get in the way of art fight, so I had to be smited with an ailment that saps me of my energy and makes me just want to sleep. Curses!
