[He took a bite out of one, trying not to make a complete pig out of himself by stuffing his face. Yet one by one, the cookies disappeared.]

[He watched in awe as Bostro ate every cookie on the plate. He didn't have anything else prepared, and he still had two more people to feed.]

[He placed the plate of cookies in front of Bostro, a hopeful look on his face. He opened his mouth to speak, but decided against it.]

I baked some short bread cookies this afternoon. I've got some cat shaped ones left, if anyone would like to try them.

Oh? Did he have all that hair like he does in his photos? That must have been something to see.

He looked exactly as he did in the photos. In fact, I don't think the photos really did his hair any justice. It's a lot... Bigger in person.

You do share her last name. Her name is Flora. You must be her, but I can’t exactly put my finger on what happened here. I’ve heard others speak of alternates, perhaps that’s it?

That must be it. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, I met an alternate of my-.. Our father, just a couple of weeks ago. It was rather interesting, he was quite young. Younger than me, even.

That is a possibility. Perhaps I should introduce myself - My name is Alfendi. Alfendi Layton. Is that name familiar in any way?

Well it is similar to my sisters. Her name is Alcyone. Mine is Floren. Reinhold, that is. Ring any bells?

As do you. You look very much like my sister. It’s almost a little uncanny how much you look alike, actually.

Boy oh boy, I haven’t seen grub this good since I was a wee kid. [His jaw practically unhinged]

You're in for a treat, then! I try to make all dishes as attractive as they are tasty. [He popped the fork into Bostro's mouth and watched excitedly for his reaction.]

Well aren't you a well-fed man? You could get some good eating if you keep talking to me. I've learned to cook professionally and no one will eat what I cook for them, so it can all be yours if you want it.~

[He cut a nice big piece of cake and set it on a plate in front of Bostro, grabbing a fork and digging into it, holding it in front of his mouth.] Open up~

Honestly, my teacher tried a piece this afternoon and he said it was fine!

Today on the menu is a double decker half-white half-chocolate cake, with strawberries and custard in the middle, and a french vanilla frosting, lovingly baked and decorated by yours truly. I hope you're hungry~

Oh, it is! It's quite the ghost town, now though... Or rather... Robot town. I was the only human living there.

I have, actually. I've been there! It's a cute little town, I think. See, I also come from a small town that nobody's heard of. A village, really, called St Mystere.
