Paralyzed.

Yet another night feeling paralyzed. More paranoia than a druggy being characterised. A total emotional wreck, I’ve been overcome and demoralized.

Spent my time and effort all to be thrown back down like a piece of wrapper. Like I’m the wasted part of a sweetened façade. The edge of that building left ruining the architects’ homage.

How can I feel so empty? My mind left a savage to what my heart feels plenty. A tug of war between what’s real and I want it to be, Like a brothel full of nuns Or Professor X not understanding telepathy.

At most I find myself slowly pushing people away What an open book I was But now my mind is all but a fray. I am stuck left thinking that no one cares Or less enough that to some I’m not even there.

Oh, how easy It would be to complain. But how much self-shame and blame I would have on myself to see them in pain. So, I’ve learnt to keep my emotions to myself… However, I must confess…

How I wish some would try their best…

Kaos Temple

In Llanera, Asturia Northern Spain sits the church of Santa Barbara which was designed back in 1912 by Asturian architect Manuel del Busto. Over the years the iconic church has slowly fallen into disrepair, first becoming abandoned and then beginning to fall apart.

Thankfully though a local collective known as the ‘Church Brigade‘ decided to help raise funds to restore and renovate the church itself. Along with money from Red Bull, the church was transformed into a skate park where locals can come, spend time with their friends and perform tricks inside the 103-year old structure. They’ve even given the church a new name to celebrate its rebirth, calling it the “Kaos Temple”
