i know there is so much more to feminism and women’s rights and they can’t be defined solely by a vagina. not every woman has one and it’s so important to remember that. remember that it can’t be represented just by cishet white women. like that’s barely making a difference. understand and represent people of different races, religions, people with disabilities, the lgbtq community, like please just remember intersectionality. sometimes i feel guilty making something vagina-related because i know i’m not speaking for everyone, but i really want to and i really care. but i also feel conflicted because i feel kind of uncomfy trying to insert myself into someone else’s narrative if it’s coming from some outsider’s POV. but also it’s important to normalize the vagina in everyday life too. there are def women i’ve encountered who come across a photo of one or smtn and freak the fuck out. like u have one too, be proud it’s not taboo or anything. talk about it, ask about it, be proud of it. i like making things with feminist ideas and things regarding sexual exploration and i guess i just have to think harder and learn to really find my voice
