I’d like to dissociate with everything and everyone sometimes, life sucks and we’re always required and forced to be pleasant and be “normal” everyday. What if sometimes we don’t want to or we’d like to curl up in that ball on the floor and cry? The things that are really okay and valid are seen today as not normal or strange, and I wish that people will start seeing mental health as not a disease or “somethings wrong with you” but rather this is what you are and it’s okay to be you.
