“Ok, Flynn, if you have to go, you totally should”, she said with an understanding smile. She then readjust her broom and looked at Flynn a bit. He had a lot of responsibility being the Keeper of the team, but he was just really kind with everyone, and she liked that about him. She suddenly added: “You know, Flynn, I don’t want to take your place or anyone’s place in the team. You all play perfectly and I’m already proud of our team.” She breathed and looked at him straight in the eyes: “I just train hard because I like being on a broom, you know. I enjoy the feeling that I get, when I’m in the air and I feel free. I rarely feel free, you know, but being on a broom never fails to cheer me up.” She finished, smiling.
Flynn smiled, not particularly knowing what to say to Anneliese anymore. She was a kind girl who tried hard, but beyond quidditch they didn’t have much in common. Perhaps the fact that they had both grown up in pureblooded wizarding families? His parents were quiet, much like himself, it had only been his two best friends that had taught him what real conversations were. “Much agreed,” He commented, now starting off back towards the castle. “See you around?”
