So this is a basket of greens picked from my garden. The heat has been up to 107, so many of my greens bolted. I hated to waste them. But I saw a blog post from @tradcookschool on dehydrating your greens and grinding them to make your own green powder for soups and shakes. No bitter taste, and it keeps. Score!
