On Saturday May 31st I hopped a bus down to South Seattle and met up with two PNW up and comers. Jimmy and Rob met me in Beacon Hill to talk about their band Follies and Vices, a group that has in the past put out minimalist, sincere and heart wrenching songs that dabble in indie rock and underground hip-hop. Their facebook page was a mish mash of kind comments directed towards their fans and absurdist humor, so when I showed up I wasn’t sure what to expect. Jimmy greeted me kindly, gave me a hug and asked how I was doing. I said good and returned the question.
