Fuck guys. For a few years now I've been insisting that something is seriously wrong and for years now they've been insisting that sometimes people just don't make their own blood and have refused any further testing. I even made a shirt that read "I went to the doctor and all they tested was my patience" and wore it to appointments. Doctors found it funny. They then told me I was fat and sometimes people don't make their own blood. I took an advocate with me. Someone able bodied and respectable. We were informed still that sometimes it be like that.
FAT. DO Y'ALL KNOW I'M FAT!?!
Turns out I had cancer. It's confirmed. All this time I've had cancer.
I think I'm going to write personal letters firing them and why and have them notarized and then delivered by certified mail that has to be signed for.
To The Fuckface it Will Concern,
Anyway, if you want to help me not lose my home due to income loss while I recover from cancer, I only need about 3k total and my go fund me is here.
Or you can PayPal me here.
I'm glad this post is getting notes because the initial message is important. I was seeing a hematologist oncologist (aka a cancer specialist) every 3 months for 3 years and he refused to check for cancer. Assured me there was no need.
But please don't assume that the number of notes here means I'll be able to pay rent in April or May or keep the lights on without a little help. I want the message spread whether you have 10$ to spare or not, but if you can help, there is still a need.
Jesus Christ, I just saw your note in my inbox. I'm so sorry, this is awful :(
Hey guys,
I’ll make this short. Today a racist idiot burned our car completely. It can only be sold for scrap because the motor, brain and sensors are fried.
We’re a family of black latine immigrants. we did not get any stimulus checks. I was forced to drop out cause I can’t pay for college so I’m using my shop to sustain my family, and without a car this is just so, so much more difficult.
I beg of you. If you’ve ever used these:
Please. please consider boosting and/or donating. I’m in complete shambles over this.

I was assaulted and now I’m pregnant, please help me get an abortion
I was forcefully outed to my family about a year ago by a vindictive ex friend when he asked me tobe his gf and I trusted him enough to tell him no because I’m gay. my whole family was horrified and I just barely avoided being sent to conversion camp by swearing to my them that I wasn’t acting on it physically. two months later, they sent me to live with my father’s sister and her husband in another state for seven months and the last few weeks that I was there my uncle assaulted me several times, claiming that he was going to “teach me to enjoy what god wants me to love”. I was so traumatized by the assault and my state of mind only got worse when I went back home because my parents could tell something was different and they interpreted it as having been succesfully “converted” by my time with my aunt and uncle.
my absolute worst fear was realized when I saw my doctor two weeks ago and he told me I was pregnant. Im only 16 I know I cannot handle having a child especially as the product of my assault. in tenessee abortion laws are so rigid and restrictive and there aren’t even any clinics close to me that can help. I’m afraid any place in state will tell my parents what I’m trying to do because I’m so young. my only chance is to go out of state with my cousin for the abortion pill which will cost me at least $970 because I’m completely uninsured. I’m already about a month along so I have six weeks left to take the pill successfully. I beat myself up every day for not just denying the truth and telling them my friend was just angry at me and lying because he knew they’d be disgsted. my anxiety has never been thsi bad, I don’t know what I’ll do to myself if I can’t get this abortion. I haven’t even told me parents because I’m so terrified they won’t even just deny the truth and they’ll actually lock me away and force me to keep the baby. please I’m poor and so desperate and so fucking scared, please please please help me.

[Image I.D: Tips for protesting in a hijab.
The less fabric, the better. If you wear a rectangle hijab, tuck in the long ends. Squares are preferred as they’re smaller.
Do not wear pins. Use a magnet if you have one or wear jersey or another hijab that does not require pins.
Bring an extra hijab. Bring an extra hijab in case you get tear gassed- it can linger on the fabric and get reactivated, so it’s best to change. End I.D.]
The actions of the police as a whole will seem senselessly violent, spiteful, and mean unless you view their tactics not as "riot control" or attempts to "maintain order" but as being derived from military tactics wherein they are trying to stamp out and destroy an enemy. Seizing masks meant for protestors will look petty until you identify that as a means of weaponizing the pandemic in a form of biological warfare.
The ongoing militarization of the police is coming to a head in this moment.
It is also to keep protesters vunerable to CS/tear gass, and to make them easier to identify and punish for protesting. It's a strategy to crush the protesters and open them up to violence.
Big Warning
If you see a police car or a cop with a speaker looking thing on it, FUCKING RUN. It’s known as an LRAD (Long Range Acoustic Device), a device that, when activated, can permanently damage your hearing and cause serious harm. If you’re too close, you’ll be left in a lot of pain and squirming on the ground permanently deaf. Ear plugs do not work. Unless you have one of those shooting range headphones, you do not stand a chance against them. Again, if you see them pull up, RUN. This is what they look like.
Stay safe.
To the comments asking if this is real/can cause hearing loss. Not only is it real, but the NYPD lost a federal lawsuit in 2017 for using it on peaceful protestors, during the Black Lives Matter protests for Eric Garner in 2014, and caused them permanent damage. It was spotted again at protests this week.

also heres an episode of brooklyn 99 where they talk about how cool this thing is
jsyk, when you hear “shot bean bags at protesters”
you might think something like a hacky sack, but that is the misleading nature of this name. Often, they are talking about these:
that is fired out of a shotgun. The cloth is kevlar, and inside is.. THE SAME LEAD PELLETS YOU FIND IN MOST SHOTGUN ROUNDS.
The kevlar prevents spread and penetration. But people are still getting shot with a shotgun.
That is why, even though you often hear or see “less THAN lethal” the actual technical term for this kind of ammo is “less lethal”. As in still lethal, just not as deadly as a standard shotgun round
This is what is being fired at civilians. If you get hit in the head there is a GOOD chance of you winding up in critical condition or dead. Be careful out there
Ugh, ok. I didn’t want to have to say this, but… I keep seeing those cheeky posts going around like “Tee hee, I sure hope no protesters know that-” or “It would be a shame if anyone were to-”
Guys, PLEASE STOP SPREADING THOSE. Those posts are going to get someone hurt.
You should NOT trust unverified advice from strangers on the internet. Honestly, some of the advice I’ve seen is so bad I almost have to wonder if it was created by plants to try to get people hurt. Speaking as someone who’s involved in multiple martial arts, improper self-defense techniques will get you hurt; Speaking as someone who is familiar with plywood, it ain’t going to do shit to block a heavy projectile and WILL fill you with horrible splinters. Unless you know for certain advice is trustworthy, you should be neither listening to nor spreading it.
If you see any attempt at combat or self-defense advice online, you should ask yourself:
Who is posting it?
What are their qualifications?
Where did they get this information?
Is it being explained in a clear, detailed, and easy-to-understand manner?
What are the precautions? How might this go wrong?
If you don’t have good answers to these questions, then it’s bad advice and should not be followed or spread. Sure, maybe some of it might be genuinely good advice- But it might not be, and unless you know for sure, then it’s far better to err on the side of caution than to risk getting hurt.
Be safe, be smart, and always check your sources.
If I could piggyback on this, as a lawyer I also want to say this goes for legal advice as well. The jury duty post comes immediately to mind but make sure that the person posting any legal advice relating to the cops, the court, or the legal system is an attorney, someone with a law degree, judge, or some other experienced person in the law.
The last thing you want is to say the wrong thing to the cops, to the court, or get yourself held in contempt of court because you followed unqualified tumblr advice on the law. Especially because the law is different in every country, every state, and even in every county. Some federal law will go across the country, such as the advice on saying “I am invoking my right to an attorney and invoking my right to silence,” but again you don’t know what the qualifications of the person posting the advice is and you don’t know what country they could be posting advice about. The questions listed above are great for any legal advice. Be careful out there.
Good addition, thank you!
As an EMT I’ve seen some really dangerous medical advice going around. One thing I’ve seen talked about a few times is using tampons to pack gunshot wounds because “that’s what they were originally used for” but there is a reason they aren’t anymore, they dont stop or slow bleeding, just absorb blood which doesn’t help keep people alive. (There’s a lot of great information on bleeding control if you just google “stop the bleed” you can find a lot of fantastic resources.) Point is don’t take medical advice from some random post you see on tumblr with no credible and up to date sources!
