equinox’s emergency commissions!
as some of you are aware, i am currently undergoing multiple dentistry procedures that have been made emergencial thanks to my chronic health issues (as a short explanation: i have crohn’s, apparently, so it means i am far more susceptible to any sort of generalized infection that can come through open teeth or gums + that, plus the pain of two broken teeth, made it an emergency, i also may or may not have another condition that makes all of it a lot more work; the links aren’t graphic, by the by!) and while a lot of my healthcare has been done freely, dentistry practiced in a timely manner… isn’t free where i live, least of all when it comes to actual mouth surgeries.
as i’m an unemployed full college student stuck home thanks to the pandemic, i figured the one way i can have of helping afford the oncoming bills is opening writing commissions (i also may or may not be taking up translation commissions from eng to pt and pt to eng, but that’s another topic entirely). i’m currently sitting at the prospect of a 600$ bill—and considering dollars are a little over 5x my currency right now, make it a bill hanging on over 3k+ at the moment.
my rates are gonna be pretty simple: 1$ per 100 words, double rates for action-heavy (e.g: fighting scenes, specifically—) content or smut. i can write in english or in brazilian portuguese; i’d offer spanish up, too, but i feel like my prose would be subpar in comparison to what i can offer in the other two languages i am the most fluent in.

dos / don’ts:
— i am willing to try to write on fandoms i am not overly familiar with as long as i am given a longer deadline as that requires, y’know, a little research from me! that said, smaller prompts under 1k words will take up less time and are generally what i thrive on, and anything longer than 1k words or that requires proper research will take longer. — i’m also willing to write ocs if you are willing to provide me with references and characterization deets, so hey! — i am more than willing to write smut with characters that are of age and consenting, but i have a clear list of no-nos: no incest ships, no non-con, no pedophilia or scat. i am okay writing shippy content with two teens, for an example, but that’s gotta be kept pg, please. rareships, f/f, m/m, f/m ships are all good to go! — gore and violence are a-okay as long as it isn’t attached to pro-bigoted prompts. on that note, i am aware bigotry suffered by characters can define them, so i can write prompts with bigotry as long as it is clearly denoted as Bad and a cause for suffering. — i reserve the right to reject prompts i am uncomfortable with, but outside these clear no-nos, i don’t think there is much else to address in this particular regard. — payment will be received through paypal. tips are appreciated but, of course, not necessary!
