EXPLORING THE STREET FOOD OF MANILA PHILIPPINES

Exploring Manila streets for some food trip? Manila street food has a lot to offer from the ordinary to extra ordinary food. As you explore the city of Manila you will see different food carts and stalls. For the usual street food you can buy pop corn and cotton candies. As we explore more food you can buy some fried Peanuts and Corniks (is a Deep fried corn kernels). Let`s go deeper in exploring what the city can offer for food trippers. As you walk along the streets of Manila you can smell some smoke from a Barbecue stall. This is not your ordinary Barbecue because they grill Chicken feet (called in the Philippines Adidas like the shoe brand) and Chicken Gizzards, they also grill pig ears, pig fat, pig skin, pig gizzards, pig blood (also know as Beta Max because it looks like Beta Max tape). Along the streets you can see a lot of stalls selling Fish ball, Squid Ball, Kikiam, Chicken Ball, Quail eggs and One day old chick that they say is delicious and deep in a special sauce. You can see hawkers selling the famous Balut and Penoy Egg. Enjoy a stroll try the street food of Manila and tell your story.
