Hello Kitty 中菜軒味道與健康兼備，兩位大廚陳國棟和羅旭生，以天然、健康及有機原則，選用有機天然五色食材製作點心和中菜。

單是製作食譜已耗時半年，所有點心和菜式即叫即做，所以每天限量供應。為鼓勵一家人享天倫之樂，餐廳將推出「Hello Kitty & Family Day」等推廣，連同長者用餐可享優惠。 中菜廳提供 6 款中菜，包括： 後左：金巢 XO 鮮蝦球 ($168) 後中：紅蘋果雞絲飯 ($108) 後右：翡翠蝦球蛋白飯 ($128) 前左：乾炒牛河 ($108) 前中：健怡生炒糯米飯 ($128) 前右：土魷玉蝴蝶 ($88)

流沙包 ($62) 手工製作流沙包，採用純天然色素，以墨魚汁製作 Hello Kitty 眼睛，蝴蝶結則用红菜頭及紅蘿蔔著色。

中菜廳以 Hello Kitty 金章鏡面及仿木屏風作間格，營造茶居風味。

店內的「林檎閣」($5,000 / 3 小時)，是可容納 12 人的貴賓廂房。牆身掛上本地水墨畫大師首度創作的 Hello Kitty 中國四大美人水墨畫像，分別是「貴妃醉酒 (春)」、「西施浣紗 (夏)」、「貂蟬拜月 (秋)」及「昭君出塞 (冬)」展現四季美態。

Soy-Ginger Glazed Salmon

I stole this soy-ginger glaze of perfection from a meatball recipe. Sorry, meatballs.

A few years ago, I made some glazed turkey meatballs for a New Year’s Eve get-together, and they didn’t stick around very long. One friend who rarely eats meat went bonkers over them. I’m telling you, it’s the glaze — what else could elevate a humble meatball to such heights?

But in my world this glaze belongs to salmon.

(Check out the beauty my mother reeled in from the Pacific — while rocking red lipstick, no less. I bet that guy was surprised to see her on the other end of the line.)
