Wayne Manor

I seem to have become the authour of the go-to floor plan for Wayne Manor, mostly by default. Finding information about how the manor is constructed is next to impossible.

Now, I am not complaining about this! I love my design for Wayne Manor. But it is a particular thing - designed more to be accurate to Victorian mansion sensibilities than to perfectly fit what the comics have shown. Anyways, praise feels better when you know the person praising you had other options.

Role Playing Reference - Batman, by Mike Stackpole - An entire manual of information to play Batman! So many juicy details to work with. Nothing like I imagine the Manor, but this is tangential-to-canon material, guys!

Stately Wayne Manor by Roysovitch. Roysovitch’s floor plans are amazing! His first(?) floor plan was an adaptation of my design, and he’s spent the last 4 years making absolutely every DC building he could think of, and has now moved on to X-Men. (¿¡X-Men, can you believe it?̍!) It’s all great, check out everything he’s done.

Stately Wayne Manor, Mk. II, by @doc-squash, is GORGEOUS. I am definitely considering adapting it as my own canon. (I mean, it gives Bruce’s parents an entire WING for him to avoid!)

Canon Batcaves on batmangothamcity. A collection of Batcave plans that have appeared in the comics. I guess fantastical caves are easier to design than logical houses? Or are more exciting? Comics artists LOVE drawing the Cave.

Ben Chilwell x Reader ; Jealousy Prompts

You and Ben have yet to make things official, having seen what happened with other footballers and their partners, but anyone who spent more than ten minutes around you could tell he was wrapped around your finger. Ben was getting fed up with keeping things secret, but since he was the one to propose the idea in the first place you found no harm in having him lay in the bed he made- even just for a little bit longer. Most of your close knit group of friends had picked up on Ben’s sour mood tonight. He'd spent most of his time watching you flit around the holiday party, catching up with those friends you’ve barely gotten to see during the year. Currently, he’s having a particular problem Roman, someone with whom you’ve always had a flirtatious friendship, but nothing more.

Excusing yourself from your convo, you head over to the Chelsea player sitting at the living room bar trying his hardest not to pout. Sulking alone like this is so outside of his character, he's usually your partner-in-crime when it came to the festivities, that you are about to put him out of his misery. To your surprise Ben speaks before you can, “He’s so obvious. It’s embarrassing.” He says through a clenched jaw, fighting the urge to wrap his arm around your waist possessively, his eyes still not leaving Roman. Ben wondered bitterly what the man was going to do with himself now that he could no longer throw himself at over you.

“Well, he has no reason not to be - does he?” You ask, unable to help yourself from throwing his idea back in his face. You do so playfully, teasing him as you bring your glass to your lips and try your best to position yourself between him and his view of Roman. “Y/N,” he says your name with a little bit of bite, but looking in his eyes you know his anger isn’t aimed at you. He's mad at Roman, but even more so at himself.

“We’ve talked about this, Y/N - I know I said . . .” Ben lets out a huff, running his fingers through his hair as he mulls over the right words to say. “I don’t wanna keep doing this shit. I want you to be mine.” There’s an unspoken meaning behind his emphasis on the last word, making it clear he no longer wants to hide. You put your drink down, bringing your hand to the back of his neck, running your thumb over his skin. “I think that can be arranged,” you whisper, and it's different from the hurried whispers the two of you had gotten used to exchanging in public. Ben looks up at you in awe as you lean down and press your lips to his. It’s all the permission he needs to pull you flush against him so that you’re standing between his legs and his arms are linked behind your lower back. “Mine.” He beams up at you, aware how dopey he's being now but he embraces it all because he no longer has to hide.

Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable :)

But I never wrote gay smut and actually in my stories I don’t really write sex scenes at all, I’m more into exploring platonic relationships. So even though I read a lot of MLM stories, I’m not the best to ask advice from for this.

The night after the euro finals and you were waiting in your good friend Tyrone’s living room, still having a hard time processing the fact that the only person he wanted to be waiting for him when he got back was you. He wasn’t shy about making that known, answering the influx of text in the group chat with a thanks before singling you out, making sure you’d be there waiting there alone when he got back - asking you to feed his dog Pablo with a smile and a puppy emoji. As you were together watching the finals, your mutual friend read Ty’s text aloud and you were the only one who seemed surprised at the request. 

Tyrone loved the little entourage of friends and family that surrounded him but after the intensity of the past 24 hours he found himself craving just one person- you. Usually he’d go out of his way to be subtle about the feelings he masked with friendship but he was so worn down that he didn’t think twice about being selfish for once. The second you left to head to Tyrone’s your friends were lamenting how clueless the two of you were about your affections for one another, they were driving themselves up the walls trying to knock some sense into you both and were desperately hoping that tonight would be the night you saw what was right in front of you. 

You were snuggled up on the couch with Pablo when you heard Tyrone burst through the door.
