i 100% support body positivity and loving yourself and not shaming others because of their bodies. but i also recognize that you have to move your body and feed it healthy things in order to be healthy. so while i support reminding women that their bodies are beautiful and that they should love themselves, i don’t support the idea that it’s okay to eat extremely poorly and never exercise, which is an idea that i see in a lot of feminist media
