Yeah, and I’m sure that parents (idk how many) also have the same mindset. My parents say stuff like “our parents used to hit us bad without even listening to us” and sure, they don’t abuse us because of their experiences but it’s not enough. I, personally, have decided I don’t want children because of them. It’ll probably repeat and I don’t want a kid who’s mine hiding smth from me cuz they don’t trust me. But we will definetley be the best generation of parents to exist till now.
