So, I've put on over 4 stone since 2012/14, I feel sluggish and tired. I'm sad that none of my pretty clothes do not fit anymore. On Friday I ordered Eat. Nourish. Glow. by Amelia Freer, a nutritional therapist who's shot to fame after various famous people have attributed their dramatic weight loss and new found well being to her. I've not put her book down, it makes so flipping sense! It's time to treat my body like a temple and embrace life! Wish me luck! x
