Speaking of Swatch, do you have any hcs of him? Either with or without Spamton; though it makes me a little side how fondly he talked about Swatch. Or maybe about the Addisons? Also with Or without Spamton. (Okay but on this rq, they mentioned they used to go to Cyber Grill often; was it like end of the week often or every night often? Because then that means they had to cover for Spamton too. And like they cared enough to do that everytime for him...it was probably routine for them. To cover for him; to include him.

ahh honestly i dont think about swatch or the addisons outside of their relation to spamton that much but i do have some thoughts on them

first and foremost its interesting to me how swatch seems to be spamtons ideal self, beyond just him trying to look like him; swatch is big and tall, rich, an artist, a bird.. spamton wants to be all of those things, and is some kind of strange bird thing. not to mention the fact that swatch holds authority over the neo body while spamton would do anything for it.

and yet despite how much better off swatch is than him, they still sell a big shot bow tie in their shop with the brand name cut off. i think it can both go to show how much everyone spamton meets exploits him, as well as how memorable he is, even to someone who regards him as nothing but a valued customer

also yeah i do view the addisons as having genuinely cared for spamton in a way. i don’t think they are really meant to be related to him but i do tend to default to a more familial relation between them.. something about the way they just barely kept him afloat, while not caring enough to believe he would be genuinely capable of being successful without help from someone else, cutting him off when they assumed they were no longer needed (even though spamton expresses missing them)… its all very dysfunctional bigoted family to me. its sad.. they all miss each other but i cant really view any situation where they could reasonably reconcile

also interesting to think about how shitty the addisons all are as people i think just from being born as ads. a lot of people only talk about spamton selling evil rings in the wr but pink does that shit too.. they start selling edible shoes and trying to rip off spamton when they get desperate . they are all just sooo awful its awesome. it makes me wonder if addispam/bse spam was that awful too..

when talking about trans spamton people usually assume he was they/them and wore the same outfit like the rest of the addisons . while this is understandable and mightve been the case i think people tend to ignore the fact that he: is shorter than them, has a mannequin shaped like him with a dress sown on it, lays eggs.. also, this concept art which is closer to spamton conceptually than any of the existing addisons

Saw a post saying that any ship that becomes too popular or overshadows the main cast should be labeled as "spamtenna" (derogatory). It wasn't a joke post either. I get people not liking the ship but going as far as this is incredibly maddening. Why is it okay to shit on one ship so openly yet if you don't like another popular ship you get dragged for it? I get it being really popular, but people still like the ship for a reason, just leave people alone to like it! Geez!

Do you had any hcs, thoughts, or plans (big or small) for Spamton and Kris' friendship? Makes me a little sad when people ignore that Kris does care about him. (Or mad when people are being gross about them). Their friendship is cool and even when Kris makes that "hey hey heY!" joke thinking of Spamton. Just a teenager going through horrible horrors and terror and their spam email who went through the crusher of horrors as well. That image of Spamton playing piano...the parallels, man.

i agree it feels like a lot of people can ignore their connections and their friendliness towards each other its!! sad!!! like i they may not be Best Friends but kris thinks about him so much. the hay thing, the fipis pipis in chapter 5, susie saying their favorite movies were probably the creepy puppet ones.. believing kris doesnt like him feels stupid to me when there are so many indicators they think about him fondly. theyre subtle, but everything about kris' characterization is subtle and yeah their parallels!! i see a lot of people act like spamton being a manifestation of kris' worst case scenario means hes literally evil or something when youre literally encouraged to help him. kris feels for him because they fear that future for themselves too, not because hes Evil As Fuck Kris. kris even willingly chooses to help him with his plan despite it 100% being a bad idea (they go in alone as he instructed despite not having to). i dont think spamtons arc is over, or at least it doesnt give me that impression.. i hope he gets to have a happy ending and its in some way connected to kris' ending as well . itd be fitting for him to have a bad ending in the Evil route and a good ending in the normal route (if we get that at all) just like kris. and yeah.... them both being struggling artists 😭
