Here's a summary of the Gooseworx situation if you are confused/concerned but don't want to trawl through the nuclear wasteland of this fandom and its haters.
EDIT 2: They put her account back, yay!
Original post below the cut.
1) 7 years ago, in 2019, Gooseworx used the common slang prefix for evil twins "nega," shortened from "negative" to refer to an evil version of a character, calling it a "nega-Angel."
2) People who actively hate this woman on levels even I struggle to comprehend concluded that this was her engaging in "antiblack racism" because the extremely common term which is used in children's cartoons to this day "nega-verse" sounds, if you aren't paying attention and you have some audio processing issues, a little like the anti-black slur "n*gger."
3) They proceeded to drum up a huge harassment campaign against her, using a handful of Black bloggers as meat-shields to feel righteous about their actions.
4) Her dipshit fuckhead fans then immediately began engaging in actual anti-Black racism against the above mentioned Black bloggers, and claiming they were doing so in defense of Gooseworx.
5) Gooseworx condemned the dipshit racist chucklefucks from point 4, pointing out that edgy humour used in private with trusted friends to make a mockery of racist shitheads is the exact opposite of engaging in hateful racist attacks on her behalf in fucking public. Though, frankly, calling "nega-verse" an 'edgy racist joke' is already an enourmous stretch, but good on her for cutting the dipshit fans off at the knees.
6) The harassment campaigners from point 3 had already managed to get enough eyes on her to get her spam-banned anyway, as evidenced by her account not having the "deactivated" suffix which appears in voluntary deletions. EDIT: However, a recent update has caused voluntary deletions to take 30 days to show as 'deactivated' so until a statement is made we cannot be sure.
So that's where we're at.
A bunch of white people using anti-Black racism as a cudgel to beat up a white trans woman at the cost of subjecting the people they are weaponizing to great fucking torment.
In conclusion:
Everyone involved is a monstrous fuckhead, excepting ms Gooseworx who by all accounts is handling this fiasco with grace and dignity.
This is a really long way of saying youre ok with racism. Fucking racist pig
To be clear, I don't support racism or any form of bigotry. My post wasn't meant to defend racist actions or behavior.
My point is that I don't personally know these people, so I don't blindly idolize or condemn them. I do not know enough about the voice actors involved in the racist comment and I never will.
as far as I know the voice actor involved in the controversy has taken responsibility and publicity apologized.
Please respect my boundaries and do not interact with me again unless it is in good intention. I don't want to continue debating this, and I'd rather leave it here. Thanks.
I'm so confused about my gender :/I've tried so many different lables nothing feels right! I tried Demigirl, girl fluid, agender, genderfluid, demigenderfluid, demiboy, trans and even neos nothing feels correct and I'm so confused.I
've been content with my sexuality ever since I discovered the lable that I currently use so I know it's not my indecisiveness.
I mean I like being called a boy and I like using he/him but I can't see myself as a man and I don't wanna look like one.
Being non-binary is fine I think they/them is ok.
Being a girl is meh I'm alright with she/her but they aren't my favorite
It's/it/itself feels kinda weird.
Neos feel alright
don't wanna be unlabeled because I love lables, I love expressing how I feel! I just don't know how I feel😭

Recently, I saw people discussing whether they support Gooseworx and the cast of The Amazing Digital Circus, and it made me think about my own position. The truth is that I don't really "support" or "hate" any of them in the personal sense. I don't know them. They aren't my friends, I've never had a conversation with them, and I don't know their private thoughts, motivations, or experiences. Because of that, I don't think it would be fair for me to treat them as heroes or villains based only on what I see online.
What I can say is that I appreciate their work. I enjoy The Amazing Digital Circus as a show, and I respect the effort, creativity, and talent that goes into making it. Enjoying a piece of media doesn't mean I automatically agree with everything a creator says or does, just as criticism of a creator doesn't automatically mean their work has no value. I think a lot of people online feel pressured to pick a side, to either fully support someone or completely hate them. But real life is more complicated than that. It's okay to enjoy a show without feeling personally connected to the people who made it. It's also okay to acknowledge that creators are just people, not perfect role models or monsters.
So, if someone asks whether I support Gooseworx and the cast, my answer is: I support their work and appreciate what they've created, but I don't know them personally well enough to form strong opinions about them as individuals. Until I have a reason to think otherwise, I'll treat them with the same basic respect and fairness that I would give anyone else. At the end of the day, I'm here to support The Amazing Digital Circus, not all the controversy around it.
with the tadc final coming out in about two hours.
mention of death, suicidal thoughts, cancer
Hello everyone with the finale coming out in about 2 hours I would like to say something
The amazing digital circus is something I'll love forever, it brought out the best in me, made me who I am, and most importantly it saved me.
Tadc has really helped me through the worst part of my life, two people in my immediate family being diagnosed with cancer, the death of my grandma, and me being really bad place mentally. I won't say much more on this but for awhile waiting for the next tadc episode was my only reason to live, thankfully I'm much better now.
This community (no matter how toxic it may get at times) is something beautiful and we should cherish the fact that we have such a large fandom.
I would like to give thanks to all the people working on this project, the fellow fans I met along the way, and all the fans I'll meet in the future❤️
I had such an amazing experience seeing the final in theaters and I hope those of you who still haven't seen it will injoy it greatly ❤️
